After hearing great reviews about the burritos, a co-worker and i decided to place an order online. The online process was simple, order placed and an estimated time of delivery was provided of (2:08PM to 2:28PM), at 2:30PM i called the location and a young woman told me my food was right there on the table and was cold. She said she would try to re put the order in or give me a refund. either way she would call me. at 3:00PM with no call back, i recalled the location only to speak to the manager (I assume) who was rude and told me my food not being delivered was not their fault, and he understands that me being a woman and hungry he knows why i was mad. (Completely inappropriate) he kept interrupting me not wanting to let me speak and just kept telling me i wasn't allowing him to speak. He proceeded to tell me he sent my food out for delivery and i told him i wanted a refund, he said he couldn't do that and if i wanted to refuse the order i could. I am now typing this review at 3:47PM and still no food attempting to be delivered as he said.

Asked for a burrito 🌯 and everything went seamlessly from the rice to the protein till I hit some tension with one the servers. When she asked me what sauce I liked? I kindly responded back “nada” and she took a scoop of cilantro tomatoes and plopped on my burrito. Before I can say no cilantro. She gave me a dirty look like I was accountable for the issue. I truly felt bad when she was scooping out the cilantro with a tiny plastic cup. Being in Customer Service we all make mistakes and try to accommodate and make it up. I told her “don’t worry about it. Just al little sour cream”. She douses my burrito like putting out a forest fire and muttered something as she wrapped my burrito. She had the right to mudder if I was being rude. But that wasn’t the case and the day just started. If you are having a bad day please don’t put the grief on your staff...

I ordered a bowl with steak, rice, lettuce, pico de gallo, corn, sour cream, guacamole, and a side of their red salsa. The rice was perfectly cooked and fluffy, the steak was tender and flavorful, and the vegetables were fresh and crisp. The guacamole was creamy and rich, while the red salsa added the perfect amount of heat. Every bite tasted fresh and well-prepared.
