Dunkin' — Restaurant in New York

I'm not saying don't go to this store, but I have not had good experiences here.

Whenever I ordered in the store, it always took a long time to get your food.

So the last time I went there I ordered on the app thinking that it would give me an advantage.

I placed the order at 7:12 am. When I got to the store at 7:23 am, the order wasn't ready. When it got to 7:26 am, I told them I had to go because I was going to be late, and they said they were just about to start making the order.

They didn't apologize or anything, and when I asked for a refund, I was told I couldn't get one, that I would have to call customer service. I had to leave without the food.

All in all, I left feeling not very well served. But it seems like it's a norm for them, because they only have a 3.8...

I’ve addressed this problem almost every morning I go there.. so I’m not trying to be a karen and give a bad review for no reason.. but if I’m getting my coffee and donut to go it means I’m on the go. It means I don’t have the time to stir my coffee. Literally every morning my sugar is stuck on the bottom of the cup. They don’t even attempt to stir it. It’s just a giant pile of sugar that I have to source something out in my car to stir up so I can enjoy my coffee.

Then I go to eat my donut. And ITS UPSIDE DOWN in the bag. EVERY MORNING. I get a Boston cream. It is so messy, there is chocolate everywhere. Come on people. PLEASE get your act together and stir your coffee your selling and put the donut...
