Dunkin' — Restaurant in New York

When I placed my order, I told the lady(twice) to please don't put sugar, and it was like she didn't hear me, she made it so sweet and by the time I found out I already was on the highway. Additionally she tried to ovoid giving some promotions sale Dunkin's been running(Ice latte for 3 dollars), She told me I can actually buy the second one at the Discount price and pay 6 dollars for the Ice latte That I originally ordered, and I said "No" them she continued saying and the Ice latte was going to be thrown out, and be waste. when I refused to pay, and reorder the promotion Ice Latte she agreed to give me the promotion, however the latte as I mentioned at the beginning had to munch sugar. The older I get I truly understand and see why people go to Starbucks it’s not even about the coffee or options. You go where you & your money is respected. You have a nasty attitude why do you think I would want to give you my money after dealing with someone nasty? If you are not happy where you are you can literally do something about it.
