Dunkin' — Restaurant in New York

This is by far the worst Dunkin' I have had the unfortunate luck to have nearest me. All the staff have an angry/annoyed attitude, there are usually 4 people behind the counter but none of them are ever behind the register even while clients pile up waiting to be served. When they do get behind the register you have to repeat your order at least 2 times, I say Large iced coffee, the person at the register asks Medium, I say Boston Cream donut, they say Chocolate sprinkles. This has happened 10 out of the 12 times I have been in there. There is a man that works there who spends most of his time telling people "BATHROOM IS CLOSED" when customers come in to pick up their orders or get ice cream. I suppose I can not blame the staff too much for their behavior as they are reacting to how badly they may be getting treated by customers and their supervisors (I assume). If it was 1 or 2 staff members, I would not even bother leaving a review, but it is every single staff there that has this "I don't care, I want to be somewhere else" attitude. 4-5-24 updated I knew I shouldn’t of went back to this dirty location Armana has the worst customer service I’ve ever experienced and in what world do you think it’s ever alright for a customer to say the drink isn’t alright and you tell me I got an espresso it’s strong pour more oat milk in a already disgusting drink and when I ask for my money back you tell me to go on the app and not offer to make it over. $16 is a lot for 2 drinks. I still patronized them at a different location after that and it was much cleaner and got what I asked for. Dunkin you need to re-train if your ever gonna be better then or on the same wavelength as Starbucks their customer service is impeccable see pictures I’m not exaggerating

Update. I had ordered a green tea freeze and it had all ice but light taste for my large drink. I suspect they put the wrong amount of green tea power etc. I had order many times at other dunkin this is the 1st time i ordered it here. This place haven't improved. Still no dine in so i was lazy to go back and tell them. Taste before you leave store to make sure your drink was made correctly.

This location has large seating area but often not kept clean. Due to the lockdown its only togo now. Ran by south asian Indian franchisor they do not honor any of the Dunkin coupons including telldunkin survey. They have good location by the highway so business was good hance service became less important. Never seen any of the worker there showing smiles to customer, it could be a culture thing.
