Fordham Fish Market — Restaurant in New York

Been going to this place for years went today around 6 pm and I asked if they can steam some crab legs. The Lady told me that they stop steaming at 5:30 pm. Ok bought the crabs and some fileted whiting. Came home cooked everything. The whitings are fine, but the crab legs smelled like ammonia after cooking. I had to throw them out.
