Wandering rather late around the area day after imposing early darkness upon us, musing about my literary fantasy & walking toward the BrooklLyn Library branch where Francis Nolan was a patron, then became aware about FukuYama. I will stop for Udon, so made an order prior to close. I believe the order was changed though, as I chose the Ebi with Yasai or Kakiage (Vegetable) Tempura version Udon but received the NebeYaki version with the Egg & some Ebi Tempura, still nice ... & may have charged me a discount, at least it was a dollar less than their online menu, Arigato! Prolly cuz I vacillated among so many choices even several Udon versions then tried order by recalling Nihongo that I rarely speak anyway, of course communications made difficult by PPE or wearing my gaiter because it's chilly & I've got sniffles anyway likely RhinoVirus from somewhere somebody somehow despite going nearly full decon with face cover, gloves, beside trying to manage hygiene & sanitation despite my situation including health issues with lingering chronic & aggravated injuries so ironic that another matter(s) had already compelled me to NYC & the medical facilities anyway for their capabilities, as always good nutrition vital in maintaining health & those choices are still under my (your & everybody's) control although challenging as that may be & likely inherent with life's struggle & human condition that is still retaining responsibility for individual choices (along with requisite accountability) while exercising control which already befits my character beside acknowledge confront resolve bias misinfo disinfo miseducation oppression ... I was already Meta, the raging Sage. Any wonder about this compulsion involving risks in itself but a necessary journey & effort in overcoming & obtaining better opps that I desire & deserve so I continue roaming & seeking? Also may surprise people when I do attempt Japanese, but I'm lightweight since using Romanji script. There's a RamenYa in Brooklyn & I'm returning to further sample their amazingly extensive massively appealing &...

Even the place is most likely taken out or delivery but I'm glad there are affordable sushi place nearby my home. If you want to dine in they don't have alcohol, but you can buy it from outside

Read moreServing someone pork instead of beef can be a big deal considering religion. And serving old avocado is a second disappointment. We ordered Tuna Tartar, Salmon tataki, Miso Ramen with Angus beef and Philadelphia roll. First of all they wrote instructions, as if from us, stating that we wanted the delivery person to call my cell & we would come down. I was surprised to get a call on my cell to come down to meet the guy at the car. Shoulda asked for the tip back. We noticed the instructions later. Then I look at the Ramen bowl & see white meat. We tasted it...pork, not Angus beef. And my mate's Tuna Tartar which was supposed to lay on top avocado, was on mushy guacamole that had already begun to turn brown. Never again. I see why they...
