We ordered from here under the impression that the food would be good. However, when we got it, the food was cold, bland, and soggy. The "margarita pizza" (margherita) was bland and had cold, hard mozzarella cheese on top. The gyro was also cold and bland. There was a small gnat-like fly in the fries. We called to inquire about a refund or receiving credit, but we were met with extremely rude service and a manager who was being willfully obstinate. He claimed he would send someone to pick up the food, which was all well and good, but insisted that we "cancel the order." The order was already paid for through grubhub, so there was nothing to cancel. He could only reimburse us/issue credit. After attempting to explain this to him, he insisted that we ordered the food over two hours prior to our conversation (which was untrue - we read the order confirmation to him that said it was ordered an hour before our conversation) and then he hung up on us. We attempted to call again, saying that the service was unkind and that there was no way to cancel the order. We were hung up on again. EXTREMELY rude customer service. Terrible food. We were incredibly...

Read moreI wanted to give this place a shot again cause I started going to Paul Michaels on Metropolitan Avenue a few blocks away. I had a slice and a drink which came to $7 and change(a little expensive but it didn’t bother me too much). I ordered to eat in, and my pizza slice was so hot it burned the roof of my mouth. I think if someone is eating in and it’s one slice, it doesn’t need to be in the oven for more than 30 seconds (a minute at most). My slice was in there for much longer and the cheese became molten hot. If someone is eating in, they will eat it immediately so it only needs to be heated up a little bit. If it’s takeout, the pizza will cool down on the way so it should be heated for longer. It seems like they do takeout orders and eat in orders for the same amount of time. My mouth is in pain right now. I could’ve waited for it to cool down but I had things to do asap and just wanted a...
