We ordered from here under the impression that the food would be good. However, when we got it, the food was cold, bland, and soggy. The "margarita pizza" (margherita) was bland and had cold, hard mozzarella cheese on top. The gyro was also cold and bland. There was a small gnat-like fly in the fries. We called to inquire about a refund or receiving credit, but we were met with extremely rude service and a manager who was being willfully obstinate. He claimed he would send someone to pick up the food, which was all well and good, but insisted that we "cancel the order." The order was already paid for through grubhub, so there was nothing to cancel. He could only reimburse us/issue credit. After attempting to explain this to him, he insisted that we ordered the food over two hours prior to our conversation (which was untrue - we read the order confirmation to him that said it was ordered an hour before our conversation) and then he hung up on us. We attempted to call again, saying that the service was unkind and that there was no way to cancel the order. We were hung up on again. EXTREMELY rude customer service. Terrible food. We were incredibly...

I would give them a 0 if i could. I've bought pizza from them when I've visited hospital and its it good pizza, but today i order to hotel at 144 liberty and the pizza at about 930 pm was old and cold. cheese didnt drip or stretch. we all know when they cut into pizza and then they delivery you see cheese extended due to cutting into it hot. not here. the pizza was reheated it was so dark. the wings were damn near burned. I called back and wasnt nasty I just told him it was reheated.told him pizza was cold and chewy. he told me no they dont fo that. what you do and what you admit to are 2 different things. he told me if I wanted hot pizza I should have picked it up. what did I expect. I expect food I paid for. if you said on phone when I placed order that if I went for delivery I would get cold chewy pizza I wouldnt have ordered. it's a disrespect to Italian restaurants to serve such food and then lie about it. it's even more disrespect to be nasty to a customer. not any Italian i know or even those i know that own restaurants.must question if they're...

I wanted to give this place a shot again cause I started going to Paul Michaels on Metropolitan Avenue a few blocks away. I had a slice and a drink which came to $7 and change(a little expensive but it didn’t bother me too much). I ordered to eat in, and my pizza slice was so hot it burned the roof of my mouth. I think if someone is eating in and it’s one slice, it doesn’t need to be in the oven for more than 30 seconds (a minute at most). My slice was in there for much longer and the cheese became molten hot. If someone is eating in, they will eat it immediately so it only needs to be heated up a little bit. If it’s takeout, the pizza will cool down on the way so it should be heated for longer. It seems like they do takeout orders and eat in orders for the same amount of time. My mouth is in pain right now. I could’ve waited for it to cool down but I had things to do asap and just wanted a...

This was the single most disgusting pizza I have ever had. I ordered the lasagna pizza and a side of meatballs. What showed up felt like a hate crime - NO ricotta, NO meat sauce AND they added fettuccine NOODLES to loose spaghetti or vodka sauce!! NOODLES! The meatballs u figure they couldn't mess up right? NOPE! Dense balls of meat seasoned like a salt lick and no other flavor other than high blood pressure. Usually I will try to save a dish by doctoring it up but noodles on a lasagna pizza slice is unconscionable. 0/5 stars, I wouldn't feed this food to a dog, order at your own risk

So I went to this place that was close by my job and the guy that took my order he was very friendly and nice but what I don't understand is that the guy that was in the back kept staring at me when he was putting the pizza in the oven and I didn't do it this guy anything I don't even know him from a hole in the wall he kept staring at me while I was waiting for my Bake Ziti and my Lazgana food... But that part is not how you do customer service you don't stare at somebody because they dress or looks different way but either way the food was really good and delicious.

I have had good food from this restaurant before. But today I'm posting this review because I'm tired of restaurants using butter in what's supposed to be "garlic and OIL" pasta. Oil is transparent not cloudy like melted butter. And as you can see in the pictures there is no "oil" on the noodles on top because the butter melted and ran to the bottom of the pan. I'll be sure to refrigerate some of this so I can post another picture so people can see that it's butter when it congeals. Don't put food on your menu that you can't afford to make!! It's not that hard!!!
