Small cozy boba shop that also serves up rice balls !

Got the crème brûlée brown sugar milk tea - it was not too sweet with 50% sugar and the pearls were warm and chewy.

Also got a kumquat lemon with aiyu jelly and basil seeds. Not many shops offer basil seeds, it’s such a solid addition. This drink has a good amount of sweetness (30%) for me, but nonetheless incredibly refreshing.
