Johnny Deli & Grocery Inc — Restaurant in New York

I visit this Jonny Deli and Grocery Monday thru Friday mornings, and I am proud to write that I absolutely love this place. Upon entering, I am warmly greeted by the manager, Sandy. She is able to acknowledge you and take your order all while cashing customers out. The place is busy and there's always a line because the food is made fresh. The employees greet the customers by name, and the atmosphere is friendly. The air is filled with all your favorite breakfast foods. Big Shout out to the line cooks. They're able to recall your order after meeting you just once. I'm known to get one of their famous protein shakes and a few hard-boiled eggs, but the grill area is always tempting. Customers are drawn to large plates of food made to order. Please visit Jonny Deli and Grocery when you are in the neighborhood. Terrible experience, my first time at this establishment made me feel unwelcome. I entered at precisely 3:57 pm, grab a sandwich and coffee. The women spoke to me in such a rude and unwelcoming manner. I discovered after taking a sip the coffee I paid for wasn't sufficiently hot. I requested her to warm it up, but she disregarded my plea and assisted the person standing behind me entirely. THIS PLACE IS THE WORST! FOOD POISONING! my wife and I went there yesterday for the first time to purchase one grilled chicken wrap and one chicken cutlet wrap. That’s all we could have ate yesterday because since we ate it, we have been Nauseous, stomach pain and vomiting! My wife is in the hospital currently with Food Poisoning because of that. People need to realize when they are serving to the public they must be extra careful with the preparation of the food. If I could have have no stars...
