Just Salad — Restaurant in New York

While I really enjoyed the food at Just Salad, but the service here is horrible! When we came in, the were 3 employees in the front where the food is prepared. It looked as though one of the females was busy with an online order. We were not greeted, no words were exchanged. A young man finally came over and took our orders and immediately became overwhelmed as he was taking everyone's order at once. There was one particular issue I witnessed that bothered me since this establishment has an A rating. There was another female vigorously sweeping in the food prep area as food was being prepared. She even pulled food storage bins out so she could continue to sweep. The site of dust, dirt, and fallen food was enough to ruin your appetite. Both females demeanor was flat and cold like they were being bothered just being there. Long story short, I will not be coming back to this particular location. Shame on them. The Wall Street location is way better when it comes to cleanliness, food prep, and the employees were friendly and polite there. Perhaps this location can learn a thing or two about customer service, cleanliness in a restaurant and just...

I have been to numerous Just Salad locations and I am well aware that not all Just Salads are created equal. This was my first and last time going to this location ( 3rd Ave): While I waited for my smoothie I noticed that my buffalo chicken salad had been made wrong. I always ask for no celery and to replace it with an additional scoop of chips. So I asked them to remake it. I wanted to watch them make it because I know servers can often go crazy with that replacement/extra scoop, but by the time my smoothie was done a salad had already been prepared for me. LOL just like I had imagined I had nachos with a hint of salad for my dinner tonight.

I will stick to the Macy's and 72nd street locations as this always happens when I defer from them. LOL, I want a replacement scoop of chips, not a triple serving of chips! The Macy's and 72nd street locations...

I visited this just salad today and i was not happy with the outcome i travel all the wsy frombthe bronx to this just salad on the regular and for the momey I pay for this salad I expect a healthy portion of my choice of meat well today i got the fried chicken to go and it was basically crumbs i asked the server and she said customer's are only allowed one scope REALLY!!! This salad cost $11 I then went to the msnager Madelyn who seemed to be unfriendly and when i asked her about my portion of chicken she shrugged it of like oh well thats all they give. I also found out that Ms Martinez left this location which saddened me she's a great manager and is an asset to just salad also while the servers were preparing customer's salad the manager was sweeping she's not an asset to just salad and this is my last visit to...
