Kimmel Coffee Bar — Restaurant in New York

I recently visited Kimmel Cafe and I must say, it was a disappointing experience. Firstly, the cafe seems to be open whenever they feel like it, which is incredibly frustrating for someone like me who relies on a consistent schedule.

To make matters worse, the coffee machine is always out of order early in the morning, which is just unacceptable for a cafe. How can they call themselves a cafe if they can't even provide their customers with a basic necessity like coffee?

And don't even get me started on the staff. Not only are they unapologetic about the cafe's unreliable opening hours and faulty equipment, but they also have the audacity to give customers attitude when they dare to complain. It's as if they don't understand the concept of customer service at all.

If you're thinking of starting your day off with a visit to Kimmel Cafe, think again. A very convenient place to have a quick cup of coffee if visiting the hospital. Scrambled eggs and a tuna wrap for pricing seemed a bit steep to me. Service from workers was very good and food was of good quality. Transplant hospital is top-notch, too-they did my heart and lung transplant. The accorded level of care is very high, thus making the patients feel so good...

Unfortunately, my experience was not good in this place. When asked about coffee, there was no respect in dealing, and the style was inappropriate.
