Always rude. I have been coming here for years, as I used to work down the block and I did love their coffee in the past. However, nearly every time I come, the workers look like they are dreading taking your order. I have just moved back to the area after some time and stopped by while passing yesterday, and to my surprise they are still rude. I assume it was the manager or owner, the obvious older lady with trader joes bag, looked like you just stepped on her toes the whole time taking orders. None of the 3 other baristas welcomed anyone or smiled either. I think they all need Wellbutrin or Coca, or just some humbling. I have only come across 2 baristas who were nice and welcoming. As I never saw them again after, I assume they didnt fill the companies image or respected themselves enough to leave. As someone born and raised in NY, i dont expect you to get on your knees for me but my goodness, just show a little love for your customers. If you feel the customers are that annoying to deal with, or just treat us like monetary gain, lock your doors. People like this dont deserve your money. And to see so many bad reviews about the staff, its hard to understand how they havent taken customers words and feedback into consideration. There are many other places that deserve your money before these guys. Oh, and the coffee can be sour and under...

Read moreMust try spot! So much better than most of the chain coffee spots around the city. Please do not waste your money at Starbucks or Dunkin coffee. There is no better bean than a Hawaiian bean 🫘 really!
The coffee itself is super smooth and light on the palate. This is what Hawaiian coffee is renowned for. I opted for the cold brew as it was hot as balls out.
