Really awesome food and friendly staff! I came in right when they opened on a Sunday. It's been a rainy weekend so no one else was around, which was a shame 'cause the food was stellar. I had the french onion soup, pan-roasted chicken, sangria, and a dessert of cheesecake.
Everything was delicious. The soup was steaming hot and came with two slices of bread topped with gruyere. The soup was savory and a little sweet, a beautiful and hearty blend of flavors.
I hadn't expected the chicken platter to be as enormous as it was, but the pan-roasted chicken came with a more than generous serving of delicious salted green beans and pesto mash. The chicken was SO good! The skin was extremely crispy and well-seasoned and the chicken meat was juicy. The chicken jus was great to pour over the beans and potato mash. Ultimately I was getting so full from the soup and half the meal that I took the rest to go--and that's not because I'm a small eater.
I asked the waiter for his recommendation between the ice cream brownie and the cheesecake, and he recommended the cheesecake. Which was absolutely wonderful!! It was a generous slice that was soft, fluffy, and light but still dense enough to sink your teeth into. It reminded me almost of flan while I ate it what with the slightly caramelized taste, and then I found out later that flan and cheesecake are actually pretty similar... so maybe I wasn't too off base haha. The cheesecake came with some fruits as well, which were nice and fresh, and great to finish off the meal.
The cup of white Sangria I had through the meal was also tasty. I'm not much of a fan of alcohol but the Sangria was very sweet and delicious. Definitely could have downed a few more of those.
Overall I really recommend this place. I've ordered delivery from Leslie's a few times and enjoyed the pulled pork sandwiches and breakfast burritos, but I'm glad I stopped in to try their food fresh from the kitchen. It was a real treat! Definitely give it a shot if you're in the mood for hearty American food with some...

I got 2 flat, dry pieces of white meat chicken, passed off as 1/2 Chicken. Didn't even qualify as a 1/4 chicken.
Then you lied and said Uber Eats would refund me $$$ because you asked them to? You've supposedly been in business for 26 Years???? well then, you know exactly how Uber Eats processes customer refunds.
You think people are dumb or reta*ded? Your fake reviews are written by family!
$6 "Mexican" soda???!!??? My Mexican Friend was embarrassed by this!
I had to re-cook the steak with my seasoning because without the deadly hot mushroom sauce, it had Zero Taste.
The mashed potatoes and veggies were excellent. But we paid close to $100 for 2 meals. The worst part was you lying to me on the phone, twice and eventually blocking my number.
Well, my combined 1.2 million social media followers, 545 in Brooklyn alone, know not to patronize your restaurant..... plus, your social media hasn't been updated in 2 years!
Your restaurant is a lie. I wouldn't eat there for FREE, Mr. RAUL!
Good luck. GOD SEES...
Read moreI was walking by and starving! I was unsure of the restaurant because I have tried a lot of recommended restaurants that has had horrible tasting food and overpriced because of an influencer's recommendation. The server was so nice, the restaurant so nice and quiet, and the Vegetable Quesadilla was the best food that I have had in a long time. I don't like vegetables but because the combination of spinach, peppers, corn, and mushroom was sauteed perfectly, along with the tortilla nicely cooked, it was an awesome combination. Who would want to go to Chipotle for Quesadilla when you can get the best Vegetable Quesadilla from here. I am going back to try other food and I have a feeling that it will be good. I saw another table order the burrito, it was there first time, and they loved it. I saw another table order the steak and eggs for 5 family members, so I have to...
