Lincoln Towers Cafe — Restaurant in New York

The food here is mid, but the cooked food is good. Don't sit to eat unless you work in the hospital. I sat with my friend for almost an hour before anyone came to take our order. I only sat that long to see how long it would take because I saw the girl continue to look over at us the whole time. When she finally came over, we just left. Even if your on line to pay for something off the shelf, sometimes they'll let the hospital staff come in and skip you. Went to tower cafe in Lincoln hospital cashier Marcita or something with a M is very nasty who’s demeanor screams that she hates life. She claims she was a Manager but couldn’t resolve my issue. Unsure what she believes a resolution is but that’s why you shouldn’t hire people with minimum education. There should never be a time when you have someone going back and fourth with a customer who represents your business. I’m sure I’m not the first one who complained about her. Good luck....
