Horrible place!!! Order delivery and took a whole hour and there are 3 blocks away from my shop. Called for a discount they had a 3 party customer support that had me on hold for 8 mins to say no. So while the delivery guy dropped off the food, I told him I waited an hour he told me that No one told him to rush the order. Not only terrible service terrible food as well. The hunan beef was pretty good but the wonton soup, trash. The hot and sour soup, trash. It was more like vegetables and soy sauce soup -_-. The lunch special fried rice was so hard I had to take it home from work to cook it more. The avacado salad.....wow! 2 small half inch bits of avacado and the dressing was spicy!!!! Called them about it they reply "all of our salads are spicy". What??? Never in my existence have I had spicy salad with out requesting for it to be spicy. And I had to play hide and seek with the avacados... ridiculous. Waste of $4.5. The manager later then calls me. I'm here thinking their gonna help resolve some issues, nope! Instead it was a filipno lady with an attitude pretty much assuring me it was my fault we choose to order with them that day. Yeah it really was. I would of just called it a day, but it was the fact that they could mess that up, have no courtesy and still be rude -_- there's 4 others chinese resturants around. Do your self a favor go somewhere else.

Neighborhood takeout spot with mostly average Chinese American fare. Prices are low, open kitchen is very clean, and the owner is kind to many who can't afford to pay in full--you can experience this if you wait inside to pickup. My most reliable items are the fried shrimp dumplings, generals, beef broccoli, fried chicken wings. Thanks to another poster who mentioned the fried shrimp dumplings. The crispy but wet texture is not intended, but it comes like that from being steamed in the container, and it's really satisfying to eat. I've been getting it once a week. Add hot sauce to the sweet vinegar/soy.

Lunch portion was quite large. Came with soup. Kung Pao chicken was just okay, needed a bit more flavor. The space is only a few months old so it was pretty clean inside, not rundown like a lot of these places. There is a table inside if you need to dine in. There is a $10 minimum for credit cards. Linda seems like a nice owner.

I have ordered steamed mixed vegetables, tofu, and white rice 3 times from Linda's Kitchen. I went each time to put the order in and pick up... without calling first. Not very friendly people. Each time I waited around 15 minutes. And no one else was there...yes, maybe they had online orders, but still too slow. So today, I called in advance to pick up. Someone answered and I said ...Steamed mixed vegetables, tofu, and white rice. She said..what is the name of the order?...Is it Family Style (something...?) Me: I don't know the name other than, steamed vegetables, tofu, and white rice. It went on like this for three more rounds. It seemed that I could not order unless I had the right name. I finally just said 'Cancel.' But, this was very disappointing because this simple dish is something they do well. It was really good. No other close by Chinese food so I might try again, but I cannot really recommend unless someone has a lot of patience. And make sure you know the NAME of the dish...

I have made a lot of Delivery Mistakes in my life and it is often something you have to physically rue unless you are brave enough to make yourself yak to get out of a bad situation, it is enough to make you think maybe you should just not order takeout. HOWEVER!!! It is never a mistake to get Linda Asian Kitchen. Only good things can happen when you order Linda Asian Kitchen. Their dumplings are very good and something they don't put a lot of emphasis on but that is spectacular is their little donuts. If you want inexpensive Chinese food that will make you feel the way you hope to feel this is your special...
