Stashmaster Dispensary — Local services in New York

I was in the neighborhood and I stoped at stashmaster to purchase a vape. I opened the packaging later in the car and tried smoking the vape it wouldn’t work after multiple attempts. So I called the shop and spoke with Chris, who seemed to be understanding of the situation and said to come back he’ll switch it out. I drove back 25 mins once I arrived we exchanged vapes as I’m walking away I opened the packaging. Chris tells me to come back and take a hit of the defective vape for the camera I did and it started pulling. Chris goes I quote “ you were suppose to click the button 5 times for it to activate” ! And demanding I pay for opening the new package. I simply refused because Chris should’ve first trying troubleshoot over the phone by guiding me and then could’ve asked me to come. Not only that once I came back to the shop he should’ve troubleshoot the vape and then hand me the new product after evaluating the product.

Also he called his owner and they literally followed me back to my car and demanded money like hooligans.

There’s no customer service shop was empty when I walked in I ordered using the kiosk no help whatsoever.

Best Dispensary Experience Ever!

This dispensary is hands-down one of the best I’ve ever visited. From the moment I walked in, I was greeted with a warm and welcoming atmosphere. The staff was incredibly knowledgeable, patient, and helpful, answering all my questions and guiding me to products that perfectly suited my needs.

Their selection is top-notch—everything from high-quality flower to edibles, concentrates, and even wellness products. It’s clear they prioritize sourcing the best products, and I appreciate the variety they offer.

THE best dispensary in New York, and I’ve tried a LOT of different dispensaries. The vibes are immaculate, they have DJs on weekends. Everytime I buy they throw in a free lighter and/or some free papers, I never walk out without goodies. The selection is huge, they always have exactly what you’re looking for and then some. They just started a rewards program and it’s awesome. The staff is the best part, all super kind and thoughtful people who make my day better everytime I go in. The prices are phenomenal too, especially compared to other places in NY. I’m hard to impress when it comes to green and I’ve been to this dispensary 5 or6 times and I always leave impressed and everytime they exceed expectations. I don’t leave google reviews either, or reviews at all for that matter — I just gotta let people know how amazing this place is I can’t gatekeep this one.
