Wanted to believe in this place. My girlfriend lives just down the street and we were excited about them. Now I think most of these reviews are fake. No way they are getting five stars by any metric. For starters you order and pay at the bar before getting seated. That means the tip and everything was paid upfront. We ordered a burger with everything on it, an impossible burger sans cheese & sauce, onion rings, fries, a can of soda and a beer. $45. Standard pricing but the food has got to be good. The burgers are supposed to have grilled onions & pickles, mine has 4 or 5 tiny diced flecks of onion, and a single pickle in the middle of the burger. The meat was dry with hard crispy edges on a little smash burger. My girlfriend’s impossible burger came with NOTHING ON IT. No onion no pickles. We let the cashier/server know and they assured us it comes this way. She said if we wanted pickled and onions she’d have to charge us for it. We grabbed a menu and it’s clear as day these things come on the burger. So finally they gave it to us. The furniture was kind of mismatched, with a big empty center floor that I can only guess will become some kind of dance floor? The music they were playing during Friday nights dinner service also sounded like homemade beats from ‘08 garage band. Seriously begged the question, “wtf?” I want this place to succeed, but our experience seriously missed the mark and we trusted that these reviews were accurate. It is my suspicion that they are not!...

My kids and I stopped in on a solo-parenting weeknight and were immediately impressed by the laid-back, fun atmosphere. The place has a modern bar area, UFC, baseball, and music videos playing, cozy seating, and even board games that make it feel both relaxed and entertaining. It’s definitely family-friendly, too, with a great mix of people—from parents with kids to groups of friends and date-night couples.
The staff was incredibly accommodating and friendly, making sure we had everything we needed without ever being overbearing. As for the food — wow. Their burgers are next-level. Juicy, flavorful, and cooked perfectly. What really sets them apart is the house sauce —savory and just the right amount of tang, it ties the whole burger together in the best way.
Don’t skip the crinkle-cut fries, either. They come out hot and crispy with that perfect crunch that brings a smile to your face with every bite.
Overall, Luo's Burgers is one of those rare gems that gets both the vibe and the food just right. Perfect for a chill night out during the week and weekend, whether you're with family or friends. Highly...
Read moreI don't get why they bother to have seating because they blast music (from a TV set to a music video channel) unbelievably loud. I sat as far away from the speakers as possible and still got a headache just sitting there waiting for my burger. The place where you order is right below the speaker so it's impossible to hear what the person working there is even saying to you. For some reason there's also a second TV in the bar playing the same genre of music, but different songs, moderately loudly, making it even harder to tolerate being there. Both TVs are competing with the constant honking of traffic outside, creating the most stressful sound environment imaginable.
When the burger came, they didn't give me any napkins even though I got it to stay, and there were no napkins on any of the tables anywhere near me. The person working there was too busy for a while to come over so I could shout over the music to ask for napkins. She seemed suprised that I was asking for them even though the burger was really messy. The burger was good, but not worth eating or even waiting at a place like that. Getting the wifi code is also needlessly difficult as well even though they bill themselves as a coffee place. Why can't they put it...
