The girl with the long wavy or curly highlighted hair (she lets her hair down), kept poking my arm & saying there is no blood 🩸 coming out, she poked me on both arms, I told her PLEASE GO ASK FOR HELP, her colleague came & withdrew my blood immediately without a problem. I am starting to doubt that she is trained or certified to do this. I don’t know to what’s wrong with her and who am I to judge, all I know is that I encountered someone extremely unprofessional who doesn’t know how to withdraw blood 🩸 or find my veins. I got unnecessarily injured & poked 3 times for no reason. I can’t believe I subjected my body and self to this. She should be a pro by now if she works in a laboratory. I really blame management, something is def off. I don’t think she is qualified to be phlebotomist or & has to be reevaluated! I question her training. It’s unsafe, harmful unprofessional experience. Please be cautious if you’re thinking of using this lab, I will communicate it to my hospital too to never send me to this location or lab company again if their staff is unqualified. I told her colleague kept poking me & saying no blood is coming out from your veins. Is that a normal thing to say? I never had an issue withdrawing my blood. Management should inquire about this incident, I got three painful bruises from untrained frustrated employee. If she is going through a hard time, her supervisor should inquire and see what’s wrong with her and she shouldn’t be near any patient because she’s either unqualified or unstable. Really strange...

The lady at the desk was ok. The problem I have with this place is the ability of the technician to diagnose my stool without prejudice. I ate a not so cooked piece of beef. There was all kind of strange foreign objects in my stool and yet my stool was diagnosed as normal when it was anything but normal. I don't know where these people are trained but it is obvious they are not qualified to do the job they are responsible to do. The two on the left was when I went to them 6 months ago that they said nothing is apparently wrong with me. The last 2 is more recently. Where the problem has gotten worse due to inaccurate diagnosis and no treatment of parasite 🪱 medicine. well I went to another doctor told her my symptoms got some ivermectin and I feel much better two weeks after taking it my stomach has reduced the pain has lessen . I just feel I had to say something these places are giving inadequate treatment if any . If you care about your health don't go to this place or New York Langone. Trust me seeing is believing. They just want to defraud New York Medicaid. They don't care about you. Why would they remember the nice person is at the desk. Please do some research before going to sunrise because I wish had. ...
