Terrible experience. Caught an early morning flight and purchased large coffee, caramel chunky sea cookie and lemon cake. The coffee was cold and tastes as if it had been left over from the day before as did the cookie and the lemon cake. Didn’t have time to deal with the friendly but not helpful staff who said they couldn’t do anything and would have to wait for a manager to assist them. Grrrr. Threw the inedible food and coffee away and went across the hall to Starbucks. Grrrr I hate it when that happens. NEVER again will I buy from a Magnolia...

I wish I had read reviews before spending a chunk of money on a slice of the most disappointing red velvet cake I’ve had in my life. It is as dry as a dessert and the lightly whipped frosting did nothing to help. There were also flies buzzing around. At least the cake is edible for something, I guess. The flies can have it!
