Terrible experience. Caught an early morning flight and purchased large coffee, caramel chunky sea cookie and lemon cake. The coffee was cold and tastes as if it had been left over from the day before as did the cookie and the lemon cake. Didn’t have time to deal with the friendly but not helpful staff who said they couldn’t do anything and would have to wait for a manager to assist them. Grrrr.
