McDonald's — Restaurant in New York

So I order a large fish meal and double cheeseburger this evening and was given lukewarm fries that were as it seemed the last bits in the tray and the fish was rock hard and overcooked badly with a literal drop of tarter sauce, the burger was half wrapped with cheese oozing out of the wrapper that I requested a new order and the second was worst than the first. I asked for the manager who was indifferent and dismissive stating, “ what u want me to do I’m the only manager here, I can’t be in the back and the front too!” I told him he has great managerial skills, asked for a refund and left! I use to eat from here until just recently got food poisoning from eating the fish. The young boy I was trying to order from have no knowledge of the menu and no customer service at all. I asked for the 2 for $5 fish sandwiches he stated it was no longer on the menu. “I said ok, so how much does it cost?” He said $7.00, I said where does it say that at ? The employees are so rude and unprofessional. After i waited on line for 10mins, a male employee stepped in front of me when it was my time to order, so that he could order his and his friend's lunch.
