McDonald's — Restaurant in New York

This used to be a good and efficient restaurant. The staff has changed completely! The kiosks were turned off so we had to wait on line. The cashier was very slow. There was no clear place where the line formed. It seemed to horizontal rather than vertical. So I and other people lined up that way. Then a worker told a woman it was vertical so she ended up cutting the line. When we pointed this out, she was very rude. After she ordered, the cashier went away for 5 - 10 minutes, and we had to wait for another cashier. The replacement cashier let a man cut the line. His order took a long time. Finally, when she got to us, the line moved fast. Waiting for our orders was equally painful! The people filling the orders were ultra slow. They were more concerned with filling drive through orders than for people inside. One female employee was more concerned with stocking paper bags in just the right way while another female employee stood and watched. Finally, they started moving a little. They filled the orders of two customers who were in line behind me. I complained that I was before them and only had two cheeseburgers. The female employee knew I was right and gave me my food orders without an apology. This was the worst experience I have had in this particular McDonald’s restaurant. The restaurant is poorly run. The crew is disorganized and very slow. The service has to be rated an F+ ! The only positive note is the replacement cashier who actually got orders moving much quicker. The food was very good, but it took an unreasonable amount of time to get it. The whole experience must have taken at least 30 minutes. So I can only give one star, and...

Where do I start...

I found this place and thought it would be great... the McCAFE, where you could plug your computer in and do a little work if needed, or in my case look for a job. I went in a couple times and noticed the regulars coming in every morning, my guess is the village idiots who had nothing else to do but loiter around the McCafe and talk about everybody sitting around them.

My last visit was when 2 busy body old bags (also daily regulars) were sitting next to me were whispering about my shoes and how dare I not have shoes and socks on. Yes, you read that right. When I told them my feet were fine with my sandals (because my dress shoes were in my bag and did not feel like wearing freaking high heels around) and how rude they were for sitting there whispering about me when I was a grown woman, (and if they had something to say say it directly to me), one of the old hags said she did not think she was rude at all. People in this city are so rude and nasty, including this place.

The punk employee mopping the floor and cleaning the tables was taking jibes at me too, as I heard in from the rest room where I went to try and compose myself before I left the dump for good. I did nothing to anyone; sat there minding my own business sending out resumes. Too bad people can't mind their own business and eat their artery clogging food; leaving others alone. No, I don't eat the crap and never will. The coffee was ok, but not worth the BS you have to go through to enjoy...

I’ve always had issues with this specific McDonald’s for months. I order Uber eats multiple times and they would always miss something from my order. Today was just the cherry on top. I ordered Uber eats and not even a few minutes later my driver calls and says he’s there picking up my food but that they’re saying my food was given to somebody already. And of course my automatic thought is somebody got my food and I’ll cancel. As I’m trying to cancel my Uber eats I see they sent a different person to pick up the food that’s supposedly been given to somebody. I called the McDonald’s and simply tried to ask if they can just make the food and give it to them so I can have my food and she said no because the food was given to someone already. I told her it wasn’t my driver I don’t have my food , this lady said “ the manager gave the food to the Uber driver picking it up” and I asked her so then let me speak to the manager and she says “ Iam the manager” so not only was she lying but she wasn’t letting me get to the bottom of what happened. Never ordering from this spot again cause the constant mess up and lies from the workers...
