Absolutely the worst Thai restaurant in Manhattan! For the price of what the menu items are you'd think an entree of curry would not come in a small soup container and it did not have any vegetables as listed in the description only a few bamboo shoots and shrimp. Also ordered the duck rolls which in the picture showed 4 looking like a decent size but instead received only 2 small rolls for $10!! So not worth the price!! My soup wasnt even filled to the top of container missing almost a quarter of it and it was flavorless, one of the worst tom kha soups ive ever had. They do not follow the special instructions, I asked for a side of Sriracha sauce with each item and only received one plus I said no rice and asked for veggies instead but still received it the rice. My order was placed at 5:30pm and I waited almost an hour and a half for the biggest disappointment. It did not arrive until 6:55pm. No way it should take that long for 3 items especially when it said it'd be delivered in 40-50 minutes. DO NOT ORDER OR EAT HERE! So many better Thai options in the area like Little Basil, Sabia or One Two Thai even Jaiya which is more pricey but a good sit...
Read moreZero Stars — The Worst “Basil Fried Rice” I’ve Ever Seen
This is what I got for basil fried rice, and I honestly feel robbed. Look at it — it’s a complete joke. The chicken is hard, dry, and completely unseasoned. It’s not tender, not juicy, and definitely not edible. The rice is overly salty, and there’s barely any basil — how can you call it basil fried rice when the basil is missing? It looks like someone just threw rice and eggs together without a second of care.
And to top it off, they had the nerve to include a spoiled slice of lime and a tiny sauce cup that came completely empty, just like in the photo. Empty! Who does that? The entire dish screams careless preparation and zero pride.
I couldn’t even finish it — it went straight into the garbage. Nothing about this plate says Thai food. I’m genuinely disgusted and disappointed.
If you value your money, don’t order from here. Go to Thai Food Near Me instead — they actually serve flavorful, authentic food. I’ve eaten there before and even brought a colleague who said it was the best Thai she’s ever had.
This was a total waste of time, money, and appetite....
Read moreI recently dined here, and overall, I had a satisfying experience. The steamed broccoli was perfectly cooked—tender, fresh, and lightly seasoned. It was a great side dish, offering a simple yet flavorful start to the meal.
The Drunken Noodles were the star of the show. The wide rice noodles were stir-fried to perfection with just the right amount of heat and savory sauce. The balance of flavors—sweet, salty, and spicy—was spot-on, and the dish had a delightful smokiness that added extra depth. The vegetables and protein (I chose chicken) were well incorporated, making for a satisfying and flavorful meal.
The Chicken Satay Roti was an interesting twist on the classic satay. The tender grilled chicken was paired with a soft, slightly crispy roti that added a unique texture and flavor. The peanut sauce was creamy and rich, with the right balance of sweetness and spice.
The service was friendly, and the atmosphere was welcoming. Overall, it was a great meal, and I’d definitely return to try other dishes...
