Grandma Bess
Organic san marzano tomatoes, garlic, olive oil, basil, Parmigiano & mozzarella on a thin, square Sicilian crustA tribute to Phil's Grandma, who loved to windowshop on W. 57th St. and dream of escaping her Flatbush walk-up. Alas, it never happened, but we celebrate her spunk and style with fresh flavors of organic San Marzanos and fresh basil on a traditional grandma crust.
The Buckminster
A top-sauce pie featuring marinara sauce, with organic spinach, roasted garlic, parmigiano, provolone & mozzarellaA visionary thinker, designer and teacher, Buckminster Fuller represented the best and most hopeful side of humanity and pioneered a new way of industrial development, trying to do more with less. Please enjoy this simple, yet sumptuous top-sauce pie and consider how we all can be a force of change for the better by reducing our impact on the planet.
Larry Tate
Organic fresh spinach, plum tomatoes & fresh garlic on a white pieWith a shock of white hair and an expression of eternal bewilderment, Larry Tate (actor David White) never even noticed when Darrin (Samantha's husband on Bewitched), was replaced by a different actor midway through their run. His namesake pie is one of the Two Boots 'Holy Trinity,' the original named pies created back in 1992.
Tony Clifton
Wild mushrooms, vidalia onions, sweet red pepper pesto & mozzarellaOn a hot summer day in 1973, 40 Long Island campers gathered under a tree for a local comic to entertain them. A twitchy guy arrived, turned on his tape player, and started lip-syncing to the Mighty Mouse theme song. The kids thought it was weird, but their counselor (future TB Founder Phil) thought it was genius. The comic's name was Andy Kaufman, and his alter-ego would one day be Tony Clifton. (Or was it?)
The Meg
Our very white pie: Provolone, parmigiano, ricotta, mozzarella, roasted garlic & oreganoWe Fell In Love With A Girl around the time of White Blood Cells, and pay homage to the former White Stripes drummer with a very white pie, featuring four cheeses, roasted garlic and oregano. And we're proud the provide pizza to Third Man Records down in Nashville, whenever they need it!

Whether you're a fan of classic flavors or adventurous combinations, Two Boots Pizza on the Upper East Side offers a delightful dining experience that caters to a variety of tastes. There are vegan options and options that you can “Veganize” as well. The location on the Upper East Side has colorful decor and a welcoming atmosphere. The staff is friendly and attentive which contributes to a pleasant dining experience. After taking a massive amount of photos, one staff member was so nice to walk over and offer to reheat my pizza and knots!! That was so considerate!! The Hot Knots were my absolute FAVORITE!!! The Bayou Beast was original and delicious!! I’m so delighted I tried it!! Two Boots has bold Cajun-inspired pies and an inclusive menu. Located at 1243 Second Avenue (corner of East 65th Street) it’s a must try for sure!

really really dissapointed ! best garlic knots in town and perhaps their specialty pizzas are more fresh because I enjoyed the one i tried - but i paid for a really really terrible cheese pizza that had no base to it, pure cheese - just flopped over - got it replaced with a tasteless, rushed heated additional cheese pizza that was handed to me with haste and 0 customer service. A shame cause i enjoyed this place initially - so close to the hospital and great change to lunch options but its declining in service and quality quite fast since its opening and the absence of a man who worked the counter, who I believe was the manager! - these old cheese slices are deplorable!

Been driving past this spot for years, and onna rainy day decided to stop in to get a slice. My husband and I were kind of in a rush, and what's a quicker on the go meal than a slice of pizza? We walked in and was quite overwhelmed with the decor and vast array of pizzas to choose from. The decor is cherry, bright and eclectic with a giant pizza artsy thing on the ceiling and the pizzas all have interesting names and descriptions with the ingredients listed and it made it so hard to decide! That's not a complaint - we were in a rush and didn't have time to really take it all in so we opted for a regular slice. The super kind and informative tall guy behind the counter who helped us was so patient with my indecisiveness and questions, and gave us an extra regular slice. We opened the box he handed us to put our fixings on the slice and we asked if he gave us the correct order and he let us know he intended to give us the extra slice. Even before that kind gesture I planned to revisit to try one of their many varieties of pizza, but that kind gesture amped up my desire to go back very soon. Oh! And I didn't even tell you how delicious the regular slice was! First off..the sauce tasted like someone really took their time with it because it was flavorful, Herby, and well seasoned! I wish I had time to take pics or video of the cheese pull because it was insane! Real mozzarella cheese, not that cheap stuff that turns to rubber within seconds... So good! And the crust rounded it off - crispy enough to withstand the cheese and sauce and not get soggy, but not to crunchy where it tears up the roof of your mouth. Best slice I've had in a long time. Can't wait to go back, I'm already planning to try some crawfish on my pizza...

I just walked in at 835 when website says they close at 9 and all I wanted was a slice to go to heat up at home and the guy who was supposed to be running the place was sitting in the booth and just said “no” when I opened the door? Literally not hi, he said “no.” Then I said I just want to take pizza to go (there was plenty left on display) and he said we’re closed. I guess two seconds later he came to his senses and was like you know what what can I get you but by that point I was so turned off I’ll never go back again. Too bad because the woman that’s usually there is really nice (which is the only reason I gave two stars and not one). I guess they don’t...
