I had such a great time at Madame bonte Cafe. The croque monsieur and cappuccino were so good. The vibe is cozy and inviting, and the menu has some amazing options for breakfast or brunch. I love that they have alternative milks like oat, almond, and soy. The staff is really friendly and attentive, and the coffee is spot on. If you want a good coffee shop located on the upper west side, this is the place to go. I'll definitely be back soon to enjoy some more of their delicious food and drinks in this wonderful atmosphere.

I ordered a matcha latte and caprese panini. The pesto on the sandwich tasted like it was freshly made - very bright and a good hit of garlic. I wish there was a little more tomato, but overall, the sandwich was solid. The matcha was also really good! I would come here again. The cafe seems like it has a lot of regulars who the owner/ workers are friendly with. It took a while for me to order because they were chatting with another customer. The wait allowed me to be able to snag a table, though, so it was fine.

Such a neighborhood gem. Madame Bonte is one of those places that instantly makes you feel welcome. The coffee is excellent. It is rich and smooth. Their pastries and brunch items are just as impressive. I highly recommend their avocado toast, smoked salmon and croque monsiuer. The atmosphere is warm and beautifully designed. Staff are friendly and attentive. One of my favorite cafes in the city.

OMG, Madame Bonté Café was definitely fabulous.Madame Bonté Café you are absolutely terrific, I had a lovely experience here today. Let me tell you, Madame Bonté Café was simply wonderful. Flavorful menu items at great prices, wonderful mood to unwind at. Friendly ambience, terrific service and tasty menu items. Location for this place is perfect. Everything was fresh, flavorful, and really delicious. Every single thing that we have purchased was extremely fresh and delicious. These guys have a terrific menu also. The staff is incredibly friendly. I really liked that. And also, the service was awesome and the staff was very courteous. Really welcoming, attentive and knowledgeable. Madame was my go-to coffee spot when it first opened on the UES (66th Street). The service was excellent—especially thanks to one barista who made the best Hazelnut Mocha, though I believe he’s now at another location. Unfortunately, since its opening in 2023, the quality has declined. The coffee isn’t as good, the staff often seem disengaged, the café itself is not well-kept, and the outdoor tables have been removed. My recommendation would be to focus on improving cleanliness and providing better training so employees deliver a friendlier, more...
