The purpose of this message is to acknowledge the service I receive from an employee by the name of David at the Paris Baguette, located on Court Street, Brooklyn, NYC 11201. As you may know, most 9f your restaurants are busy with customers. Particularly during the morning fir breakfast, and during the afternoon for lunch. Several of my visits, I have observed the customer that David provides to each and every visitor. No matter how busy the crowd, or how special or demenading that some customers can be, Davis is always the nicest, focused and attention detailed employee that I have ever seen!

Not only is David knowledgeable about the brand, but he is patient, succinct and makes each visitor feel valued and promotes the mission of the company with service and exemplary customer service.

Such service is a wonderful and refreshing experience and great way to start the day, particularly in this world with the overrun of illness, crime and discord.

I’ve been a longtime fan of Paris Baguette’s Strawberry Shortcake — and that’s saying a lot coming from a self-proclaimed chocolate diva! The cake is soft and tender, the berries taste perfectly ripened, and the whipped cream is light and fresh. Solid 9.5/10. The Mocha Cake, on the other hand, gets a 7/10 from me — it’s pleasant but lacks the deep, rich chocolate flavor I crave. Now, let’s talk about the star of the show: the Cookie Butter Cake Slice. Absolute perfection — 10/10! The layers are buttery and melt in your mouth, the cake itself is soft and tender, and the cookie butter whipped cream is airy yet full of flavor. Paris Baguette, you nailed this one. Unfortunately, the Pumpkin Pie Cold Brew didn’t live up to the hype. For $7.45, I expected cozy fall flavors, but it tasted like a regular cold brew — no pumpkin, no pie. Just disappointment. I’d suggest a little barista retraining on that recipe. 4/10. Overall, Paris Baguette remains a favorite for their cakes — just maybe skip the seasonal drink this...

Ordered a cake online for 4:45PM, I called at 5pm since no updates, I was told no one wants to pick up my order, asked what I would like to do, I mean I need the cake delivered? Then he said he would contact the delivery services, see what goes on, and someone finally picked up, ordered delivered 6:30PM. I put in the description to include candles, of course it showed up with no candles, there wasn't anywhere to add additional for the candles, I was willing to pay extra.

Edit 11/5/21 Few days after I contacted them through email given through the response, I got a refund that I didn't ask for, and their general manager Melinda called to apologize. She called to tell me how sorry they are and to thank me for the feedback to better her team. She definitely went above and beyond, not to mention gave me great hopes for the team she's developing. Love the friendliness she displayed as well. Changed the stars to 4 for such a positive response I received and would definitely consider...
