I walked in for a 60 minute massage and could only endure 45 minutes of the misery I was being put through. The pillow my was was supposed to go into smelled really bad. They were nice about changing the cover. The woman massaging me had no flow. She was massaging one side of my neck one second and then my lower back the next. Massage had no flow. She was also just digging her elbows in my and resting in that position so she could use her phone. I tried asking for someone else and I tried cutting the service at the 30 minute mark but becuase of the language barrier, I had to just lay there. Warning this place is not great they demanding tips and claim it's mandatory and also may have some illegal activity going on.I went in for a massage the massage was not that great once I left I paid and rhey was demanded for me to tip the woman who massage me.I explained I was not happy with my massage and they still demanded me to pay $10 tip I paid and explain that is not mandatory in New York City to tip someone i explained that I will be reporting this and then they offered me something special if I visit again which led me to believe that the room next to me was having more than a massage. . if you go to a restaurant and a waiter is giving you bad service would you tip that waiter. I recently visited this establishment for an energy bodywork session, and while the massage itself was okay, the overall experience was overshadowed by the masseuse’s unprofessional behavior regarding the tip.

From the moment I went to pay, I felt pressured and harassed. Despite giving a tip, I was still yelled at, which completely ruined any sense of relaxation the session provided. Tipping should be a gesture of appreciation, not an obligation enforced through aggression.
