I stumbled upon this place on my way to work, and Poom was DELIGHTFUL! They have an amazing selection of baked goods from multiple bakers who are running a small business, micro bakery, or hobby. I absolutely LOVED the concept of a collective of bakers having a place to sell a selection of goods. I ended up getting an everything biscuit from Chef Danielle Sepsy who was a runner up on The Big Brunch! (@thehungrygnome). The biscuit was AMAZING. So rich and buttery!!
