Popeyes Louisiana Kitchen — Restaurant in New York

Everyone in this establishment should be fired. If you don’t like the job you have quit and find another one, no one that works here knows anything about customer service. If your system is down you should be trying to figure out the reason why and have it fixed, instead of claiming a customer may be trying to scam or is lying to get free food. Today I spent 33.73 on a pick up order only to get to the restaurant and leave without food because the restaurant claimed they couldn’t see the order in their system. Even after showing proof of purchase the staff showed they aren’t competent enough to realize there was an issue on their end, which they should have honored. On top of them not trying to de-escalate the interaction, they tried to insulate my intelligence on two occasions. It was very inappropriate to insinuate that I altered a receipt when I clearly provided confirmation from their app. Lastly I did not appreciate having a worker tell me I was at the wrong restaurant telling me “ You didn’t even order food from here this says Wendy’s, you’re at the wrong restaurants” when the receipt clearly says mobile order for Wendy at 1422 Fulton st. Is that not the address for Popeyes??? You guys don’t know if that was someone’s last and instead of rectifying the situation all you could say was call corporate to get a refund, which was closed btw. Y’all keep eating this you don’t even know if they clean it properly. I clean my chicken you don’t know if they cooking it properly so by time you get out and want some fast food you hungry or whatever you’re eating it the staff is new they act like they don’t understand you the last day I went there one guy had hair on his arm so long all on his arms. Yeah he was at the register. Just imagine he’s cooking the chicken they’re not cooking the chicken well done they making it fast even if you complain what’s that gonna do it turned me off years ago. Popeye used to be great but now they just give you whatever they want. I am done. I cook my own food at home. No complaints you guys gotta do better. I’m done with Popeyes chicken. .They got five and eight people working but they’re not organized only one person or two people should be dealing with the registered. The other people should be dealing with the kitchen.. it doesn’t even smell the same you gotta do better cook the chicken properly and well done. I don’t want no chicken half done because you speeding it up. There very racist it’s only musilim people working there and Arab it’s true they don’t clean the chicken properly or the fries don’t be freshly cooked it only be the biscuits I went the other day and got a family box an it was unsatisfying for real I know it’s a fast food restaurant but y’all should still have some expectations for yourself an ya work ethic an what food you give to customers cause other popyes run by other people be way better yall should hit they expectations since yall work in the same company an industry. An the manager need to be replaced or all employees need to be replaced understanding family and bills etc but we giving our money to yall to be separated into yall paychecks an the company yall work in so yall should do better an have certain expectations for real an by the way where’s yall health inspector cause they not doing they job an really observe yall .
