7-Eleven — Local services in New York

A rainy sunday afternoon at around 1:30 pm, I walked into the 711 to get my Uber Eats pickup order. Team member, Tarek, was handing me my order in a brown paper bag. I simply asked him for 2 plastic bags. He turned to walk away as if he didn't even hear me. I got his attention and reiterated that I wanted 2 plastic bags. He went and got 1 plastic bag. I told him that I had asked for 2 plastic bags. He walked away again.and I asked him for the other bag. He came up to me, took my order that was on the counter and pulled the bag from my hand. After seeing how the bag was ripped, I dropped it on the ground. I kept asking him why he was being difficult. He took the bag from the floor and was gonna put my bag in it. I told him he was being difficult for no apparent reason. He replied, "you're giving me a hard time. Now I'm gonna give you a hard time." He placed my order on the floor behind the counter. I told him he's the one giving me a hard time for no valid reason. He refused to give me my order. I told another employee to get my order that Tarek had placed on the floor along with 2 plastic bags, and he reluctantly did. I then told Abdul, assistant manager, what had happened. Really appreciate that they let me use their microwave to reheat the extra large coffee I bought awhile back and enjoyed drinking while sitting outside in the sunshine.

Store is most definitely appropriately staffed and well-managed. Everything looked to be quite clean, and the employees all seemed to handle everything efficiently and professionally. Floors were clean and lots of available items on the shelves, including lots of fresh/hot food options.

As always, they have a lot of great deals on non-alcoholic drinks, including coffee, and food—especially if you have/use their app. Their coffee is really good, but it isn't as good and strong as Starbucks—sorry guys ;) However, the coffee is always hot and fresh, they have an awesome selection of coffee types/flavors, and a great selection of "additives" for your coffee. Also, I truly appreciate that they have real cream available AND that most all of the locations are open 24/7. Huge thank you and respect...

This is 7 Eleven is the worst. I went into this location today just to let you guys know I'm a single black female and I was around my three 7-Eleven employees that are guys stated that I stole a candy and put it in my clear bag which there was no candy bar.
