I have been here twice, the first time I ordered through their app, waited 20 minutes that they said it would take to make, still needed to wait 10 minutes for an OK bowl, with no one in the shop. The second time, today, I had Uber deliver because I didn’t want to wait and parking is really tough there. 2/3 of the order was OK but 1/3 was missing all of its butters (it was an almond butter bowl with added cashew butter) and it’s coconut and it’s bananas all additional cost. Uber barely refunded ($4 and change) me this and it was a horrible breakfast and a horrible way to start my Monday. I will never be going back to here or any of the franchises again. Read moreI placed a two good to go order from this location - the offer said it would be $12+ dollars of food for $3.99 which seemed like a great deal. Unfortunately when I arrived and showed the offer, I was asked if I wanted any toppings on the pre-made medium sized bowl of oatmeal. I asked for some of wach of the toppings, to which the owner(?) said I could only get two. Turns out this mediocre oatmeal was the only item offered. When I asked if this was valued at at least $12, I was told yes, despite the menu saying otherwise.
I appreciate that small businesses may be struggling, but I don’t think they should take it out on their consumers by misleading and lying to them...
Read moreWe stayed in a hotel nearby and came in to have smoothies and sit down in the bar. We ordered and sat down, but once the smoothies were ready, the bar lady announced that she was having a business meeting in the bar sitting area (during their opening hours), and therefore, we had to leave the place immediately with our drinks! So we kicked out and found a park bench nearby to sit in drizzling weather and tried our smoothies. They tasted like compost, and both mango and berries versions tasted very similar. They ended up in a bin unfinished. This place even expects tips, for zero service and for kicking customers out. Needless to say, we will never come close to this...
