The first time I tried ordering from this place, I asked for a breakfast burrito with a simple request of removing the potatoes from it. Instead of just doing that, the person I spoke with continued to recommend a similar but more expensive menu item (without really disclosing the price btw). It took me asking for the same thing a few times until they finally just took out the potato out of the burrito.

Today, my friend and I got a burrito and a breakfast sandwich. Both were supposed to come with avocado and yet neither of them did. Not only that, they added a tip to the charge that my friend did not add herself (did not show her the option to tip on the screen).

With the first experience, whatever, businesses always try to up-sell and I get that. However, with the underhanded tactics of both encounters, especially the tipping - they’re shady. We’re not against tipping, especially during COVID. Had you simply disclosed that you were out of avocados or showed her the tipping screen - instead of taking money without her consent, we wouldn’t have...

We placed an order for the office lunch because we like the food and service, when the order was picked up it was really off, the Beyond burgers were real beef burgers and we were missing a sandwich. At first we thought this was going to be a problem to correct. Nope. No problem at all. We called back to explain what happened and the staff remembered the order, realized the mistake and corrected the food order. we were only inconvenienced the trip back to pick it up again.

We will be repeat customers again! Keep up the good work.

Our only gripe is unless you call in your order, you are redirected to a 3rd party for online purchases. We would like to see a direct online order and purchase process on their own website.

I’m just shocked I paid $10 for a bacon egg and cheese with ONE slice of bacon. That’s kind of crazy.

The service is great, people are nice. I live I. The neighborhood and this place is so close yet their food (at least breakfast) has always disappointed me. I haven’t ate here for almost a year, finally decided to come back and try something new and I’m just shocked it had only one piece of bacon lol.

The food is okay and the coffee is okay. This is somewhere I go for convenience, wish I could say better things. I’m sure there are other good things on the menu so don’t knock it till u try...
