I order from here 2-3 times a week since i’ve moved to the area. The coffee is not the greatest but it’s fine. The baristas are the issue here, they constantly don’t pay attention.
Today specifically was the final straw. I ordered an iced vanilla latte with an extra shot with regular milk, she clarified with me multiple times because she wasn’t listening. 7.50, then add the tip (where they give you a 40% or 30% option) After waiting a few minutes the barista hands me what is clearly a cold brew with a splash of milk. I said, this isn’t what i ordered. she argued with me about it and keep saying this was iced coffee. girl i know it is that’s the problem.
