Red Tacos — Restaurant in New York

I wish I never went into the location, and continued to order through Grub Hub. I will never go or order from Red Tacos again!!! I told my friend about how good the food was when I ordered , and she decided that she wanted us to dine in. First there is no sign in the front. We walked into a dark space. I asked the gentleman to turn on the lights, he said ok and never did. Because I know the food was good we stayed.He gave us water with lime. My friends glass was dirty, and she never realized until half the glass was finished. It looked like dried syrup in the bottom and some on the rim. I told the gentleman, and all he said was sorry. My friend accepted that , but it’s unacceptable to me when we are paying. Although we did not ask to comp part off the meal he should have offered. Then he told us 48,00 dollars and when he came back with the Apple pad he then changed it to 53.00 dollars. I've been vegan for a pretty long time and have been lucky enough that most restaurants are kind enough to be considerate when you put a note that says "no cheese, vegan please". We ordered a vegetarian burrito, that didn't mention coleslaw whatsoever, and of course after asking for it vegan, I ended up eating something that wasn't vegan due to them being careless. Worst tacos I’ve had. Ordered fish tacos & had no flavor whatsoever, they included a green sauce & red salsa but both sauces had no flavor & were watered down. I also ordered a steak taco & the meat was so tough, couldn’t barely barely bite into it, the tortilla was also not even cooked. My husband ordered a burrito & also had no flavor.
