I had a great experience. I booked an appointment online on a whim and very glad I did. Ruby did my nails and she is so sweet and detail-oriented. She did a gorgeous job. Another girl did my toes, I didn’t catch her name, but she was also very sweet and did a fantastic job. She checked to make sure everything was to my specifications multiple times and I really appreciated that. Both girls were very relaxed and not rushed at l which I liked. I was there for a long time which I didn’t mind as it is a very relaxing space. I think some others have mentioned that it is a higher price than typical spots in the area. But I think the services here are above average and the products they use are excellent too. Will definitely be coming back. Edit: 2 more manicures later and I am realizing I will need to find a new place. One day after my most recent gel manicure, both my thumb nails broke off. A week later, my left pointer finger broke off. Why? They were drilled down to remove the gel polish from the last manicure. Now why is it advertised as gentle enough to soak off and they’re using a drill anyway? I was happy to pay a premium for premium products but not at the cost of the health of my nails. Now I’m going to have to abstain from manicures until my nails are strong enough again. šŸ˜”

Got a decent pedi here awhile back and loved the service so decided to come back for a mani. I was not impressed. Paid extra for their ā€œbetter quality, long lastingā€ polish, which not only chipped in less than 24 hrs but was also goopy as the tech did my mani so parts of my polish were uneven. I asked for almond shape (which is what my natural nails were when I came in) and got uneven, inconsistent, shapeless nails instead. The service is truly lovely and I wanted to love the salon but the techs need more training. I rarely get my nails done - I do them myself unless its a special occasion and want to treat myself to a professional quality service 2-3 times per year - so definitely disappointed to pay a premium for something I could have done better myself and will have to redo myself since I don’t have time to go back before the holidays.

Everyone at Naturela should give themselves a round of applause. The customer service, attention to detail, expertise, and experience I received here were world-class. I was greeted by the lady at the desk, who was soon joined by someone I assumed to be the owner. I never caught their names, but they were very kind and willing to accommodate my crazy request: a pedicure in less than half an hour. Monika stepped in and took on the task, handling my feet like a true professional. I couldn’t believe how good of a job she did, especially considering the time crunch, but she exceeded my expectations. I also appreciated that they offered a refreshment while I got my feet done—that was a really nice touch. I’ll definitely stop by the next time I’m in the neighborhood and need another pedicure—hopefully without the crazy time crunch, haha.

I stumbled upon a web search today . I was daring to take a risk and try a regular nail polish pedicure . For years I’ve embraced having xxtra long Cardi B level sharp claws and favored gel polish . Recently and depressingly- I stopped wearing nail extensions and even gel polish because I began getting SEVERE reactions . blistering , hives all over my hands , fingertips swelling like a gecko and nails lifting wayyyyy deep. I even lost both of my index toenails last year because of CROSS CONTAMINATION getting simple gel polish on my toes in other places because of the acrylic residue left on files they used on previous guest that must e gotten acrylic . The last time a simple gel toe polish resulted in both of my index toe nails FALLING OFF from a severe reaction ! So you can understand my fears … The name caught my eye - but still skeptical and worried . The salon is BEAUTIFUL and VERY CLEAN , FRESH sterilized tools it appears as they unseal their instruments and new files !!! ( I’m a hairstylist so I know what state regulations look like . Most places around here deserve citations !!) amazing staff ! Very welcoming!! I got my toes done hours ago - the last time I got a pedicure I’d already have swollen toes and scratching the hell out of my feet . Put your trust in this place ā¤ļøespecially if you thought nail spas were over for you if you’re like me . I’ll only be coming here from now on . You get what your pay for and it’s so worth the care and diligence they take ! I look and...

So, it’s not my first time here: but today, I specially asked for a spa service manicure and pedicure. I will be shooting for a cliente tomorrow and they requested natural nails and very very clean looking. The ladies there were extremely polite and friendly and it was like this every time I went to the nail salon. But I wasn’t very satisfied with the results when I came home and took a closer look at my nails. She started cleaning and cutting the cuticles and after she finished I had to ask her to cut a bit more. I don’t know if it’s a local thing, but I am from Brazil and we are used in doing a super deep clean when it comes to the cuticles. And I wanted the same results here.

Since my nail polish of choice was a super natural one, I needed the nail itself to look very clean so the overall result would be great.

I believe it’s so common now to use gel and it dries super easy and it never seems to get messed up. But I wish I could get the same results when using normal nail polish.

So , yes. The ladies were super nice but I don’t think the $223.10 is worth it. (After taxes and tip) and yes I did tip them very well, because they were sweet but also because the client would reimburse me).

So, I don’t know. Even tho I really like the ladies and the environment there, I don’t think it’s worth it. Maybe I will try again without the spa next time and see... But I didn’t want to have to paint with gel to have good looking...
