I've been craving pizza (happens a lot) and decided to treat myself to some since I had to go into the office. I found Rosella's through the Seated app and saw they have some interesting specialty pizzas, and I do love me a good specialty slice. I ordered for pick up via some site called All Set (as re-directed from Seated). The quoted time was about a half an hour (even for two slices), which I thought was a bit long because typically, the pies are already pre-made, and they just reheat the slice for you. I arrived 10 minutes early but my order was already sitting there (also, nobody greeted me by the way - I had to ask about my order). Both slices were cold - even though I ate it there, so that was kind of annoying. I had the chicken bacon ranch slice and Grandma's eggplant slice. Both were square slices, which was a nice change from the round pies. I usually LOVE CBR but this one didn't do it for me. I think it was the bacon - it was too smoky. Now the eggplant slice isn't something I'd normally order but all the reviews told me that I should and I'm really glad I did. Again, although it was cold, it was still really good. There is a whole piece of eggplant parm on there, complete with ricotta. The sauce was perfect. It had a nice sweetness to it but not overly so. I do like that they jampack ingredients onto the pizza. At least they're not skimpy with that. I was already full after the eggplant slice, so I probably didn't even need to order the CBR. I want to come back only because I've never seen an eggplant parm slice anywhere else before, and I want to try it again, but when it's fresh out of the oven. Next time, I'll skip the ordering ahead and just go there and wait.

Edit: I checked this review today (next day) after ordering and it can’t be found. Rosellas has a way to push down or bury the really horrible reviews so people can’t know the truth about them. I searched under newest then lowest rating and this review can’t be found. I will post on Yelp now. Ordered penne vodka and meat lasagna through the 9fold app that Rosella’s promotes. I specifically wrote in the special instructions to be careful during delivery and to handle the food carefully. The food arrived with the penne vodka stacked on top of the meat lasagna. The weight of the penne or internal heat caused the plastic lid of the lasagna to partially melt and fall into the dish. The dish itself looked nothing like lasagna. Just a pile of cheese and meat sauce. You could not even see the sheets of lasagna pasta. It was 9:20pm and the restaurant closes at 10. I called to either get a refund or a new lasagna made properly but of course they did not answer the phone. The pictures speak for themselves. I will never use the Rosellas 9Fold app again. I will use Seamless so I can get a refund for receiving a pile of mush that probably had melted plastic inside. Shame on Rosellas and their management!!

This place has been here for years! I love love love it!. You won't be disappointed. I had the eggplant parmesan with penne pasta on the bottom with bread on the side. Omg delicious! I could finish it all, I took the rest home. And yes this order was a take out order. They are not cheap with portions even if it is to go. ❤❤❤❤❤ oh yes they are clean and the restaurant has a happy vibe. I love Rosella's! EDIT REVIEW! The REVIEW for above was from 5 years ago. And their food is still delicious and I am so thankful they are still around. 😋 Happy Eating everyone.

I HAD THE WORST EXPERIENCE ORDERING FROM THIS PLACE. THE LADY IN THE REGISTER WAS THE MOST RUDE REPRESENTATIVE I'VE EVER CAME ACROSS. I ASKED FOR TWO SLICES, AFTER I PAID. I ASKED FOR CONDIMENTS, ONLY TO BE MET WITH DISGUSTING ATTITUDE FROM THE CASHIER. I WAS TOLD I HAD TO PAY. PAY FOR CONDIMENTS? "OKAY I SAID MY MYSELF....THE LADY ON THE REGISTER RUDELY TOLD ME TO GET THE CONDIMENTS FROM THE OTHER PATRONS TABLE. WHEN I DECIDED TO PAY AGAIN (WITH MY DEBIT) HER TONE WAS NOT POLITE AT ALL AND AGAIN WAS MET WITH HER RUDE ATTITUDE. I RELUCTANTLY TOOK OUT CASH AND THE LADY IN THE REGISTER WAS PURPOSELY IGNORING ME ! I CALLED THE STORE TO COMPLAIN TO THE MANAGER (FRANK) NO LUCK AS OF YET BUT IF YOU'RE READING THIS YOU NEED TO TRAIN YOUR EMPLOYEES BETTER!!! (FYI I WENT ON 4/6/2016 APROX 1:00 PM AND THIS WAS MY SECOND TIME GOING TO THAT PIZZA STORE) A LADY WAS EVEN NICE ENOUGH TO OFFER TO PAY FOR THE CONDIMENTS I POLITELY THANKED HER BUT REJECTED HER OFFER BASED OFF OF PRINCIPAL!!!! THE FIRST TIME I WANTED CONDIMENTS...THEY WERE AT PATRONS TABLE...WHEN I ASKED SHE TOLD ME TO GET IT FROM THE CUSTOMERS? WHEN I REPLIED" ISNT THAT YOUR JOB?" SHE JUST THREW THE CONDIMENTS MY WAY !...
