BUYERS BEWARE! DO NOT EAT AT THIS RESTAURANT! This restaurant deserves a zero star! I have been to MANY Chinese restaurants where the service is bad but this is just TERRIBLE. This restaurant has the worse customer service I have ever encountered. This confirms all the previous reviews below. Our family of 6 stopped by at 1AM for a late night dinner. The waitress (small skinny 50 year old lady with glasses) was so RUDE. She was rushing us and forgot to write an order down. When we corrected her she snapped back at us saying it was our fault. We ordered too much. So basically we ordered too much for her poor brain to comprehend. What kind of waitress is that?! She was so pissy that she smacked the menu in MY FACE. Our uncle told her that she was rude and they started arguing. The other waiter chilling in back told us to leave immediately that he doesn't want our business. He even raised a CHAIR to my uncle. This is service based industry. How can they hire these bunch of idiots to run this stupid restaurant. No matter how good their food is, how can anyone...

Always pass by this place so tonight is the first time trying it .Food was great but one of the staff was terrible ( the smallest skinny lady with glasses )… with terrible attitude complained us for not giving more tips. She specifically said “I should have not given you guys the table , since you only give 15% “I give in minimum tips because there wasn’t much service !!! I had no intention of arguing but then she took it real personal when I just ask her , what did you just say ? Then she raise her voice and said I’m not talking about you … you can’t yell at me . I just questioned her , didn’t even raise my voice on her at all ..Why should you mandate me to give you more tips when I didn’t get the service I should have …. Like seriously … I’m the customer , you as a waitress , our respect should be mutual I don’t owe you anything , why should you give me attitude just because I gave you minimum tip … I’m paying for my own food and I did pay for you service which you barely give . PS Do Not go there unless you’re fine with bad ...

So the things could be a bit too salty and the service could be a little rough, but the food really isn’t too bad and apparently fairly authentic according to my grandma who is from that region of China. Whenever we go, we always get family style so my review will be based off of those dishes. The Phoenix Wrap with chicken is the best, the others are mediocre. I love the lotus root with fish paste on it. Never too salty, lotus root nice and crunchy. The chicken and crab hotpot is flavorful, filled with chicken, crab, and shrimp. Most of the stuff have already been stir fried before so take it out quickly for the most tender meat. Get it with noodles and vegetables (+10 each but large portions). Ask for refills whenever it’s out. The large intestine is amazing — our favorite out of most Chinese restaurants. Crispy and sweet. It’s also my grandpa and grandma’s favorite and we went here so many times. Tons of memory with them, and I guess it’s especially since he passed away recently.
