Phở Number 1 used to be our go to for Viet food but now is an absolute travesty, combining discriminatory practices, abysmal customer service, subpar food quality, and outrageously inflated prices. It's disheartening to recount the litany of issues that marred what should have been a simple dining experience.

To start, the discriminatory practices for our family members with disabilities were shocking and entirely unacceptable. The staff's behavior was not only discriminatory but openly hostile, creating an unwelcoming atmosphere that tainted the entire meal. No patron should ever be subjected to such treatment based on any aspect of their identity.

Adding insult to injury was the customer service, which reached new lows in terms of incompetence and disregard for the diner's experience. The staff seemed disinterested and apathetic, displaying a complete lack of professionalism. Requests were met with eye rolls and sighs, further contributing to the dismal ambiance.

As for the food, it can only be described as subpar at best. Dishes lacked flavor, freshness, and any semblance of culinary skill. It's perplexing how a restaurant could serve such lackluster fare and still have the audacity to charge exorbitant prices. The culinary disappointment only served to underscore the overall incompetence of the establishment.

Speaking of prices, the cost of dining was nothing short of highway robbery. The inflated prices, coupled with the dismal quality of the food and service, created an experience that left a bitter taste in my mouth—not just figuratively but also...

New business name bring horrible customer service. One of the rudest business in the area, absolution no respect for their customer, and only focus on tables turnover. I been coming here for decades but looks as if the owner got changed recently as the restaurant name is no longer the same. As soon as we sat down, not even 5 minutes, several individuals walked over pressuring us to order. The food came relatively quickly and taste as it always did. As soon as i was done, someone came over and asked for my plate and i simply agreed. They immediately brought the check over and proceeded to collect everyone plate without asking, assuming everyone else was done as well. We decided to have a cup of tea, while a few of us waited to use the bathroom, overall 5-10 minutes. They left us alone during this time. I decided to bring the check up in the meantime and in the process someone came over and collected the tea and took those away as well. I guess they didnt want to leave the tea out for their customers to finish and sit around any longer after they paid. They were quick to come over to collect the tips and then several individuals came over asking us to leave and to hurry up. Again, not even 5 minutes has passed since I sat down after paying the check. I understand if we sat there for 30 minutes wasting a table. Let your customer settle down first, show some proper etiquette, and you served tea so your customers can have a cup or two. I think being able to sit down for 5-10 minutes after someone just paid and supported your business isn't too...

My fiance and I have been coming here for some years now because the food was good.. emphasis on was. The workers have always been rude, except for the one elderly man working there. Today my fiance ordered pork summer rolls as an appetizer and recieved shredded pork with barely any pork and whatever pork was there had the consistency of tofu with no flavor. We're not the type to return food, but this was simply 'not it'. However, when we asked to remove the food off the bill, the woman gave attitude and said no we ordered it and that was that. Their menu is misleading, they have 2 pork summer rolls, #21 (regular) and #23 (shredded), which when we ordered pork rolls, we just assumed we'd be getting regular ones (#21). They could've asked to clarify which of the two we were asking for, but they always seem to be bothered by customers and are in a constant rush. Anyway, they took a hit on the wrong $7 summer rolls, because we didn't leave a tip (which felt terrible btw), we're no longer coming back, we're no longer recommending the place, and we're leaving a bad review.

I understand times are tough on everyone, businesses included, but the reality is without good customer service, locations will simply not survive. Maybe this will help them...

This restaurant serves pho, like many other restaurants, using the same recipe, the broth is similar to traditional pho soup. If you are a fan of traditional pho, then this is the place for you. If you want authentic pho soup, then you should go to this restaurant, order and enjoy a bowl of pho soup. The establishment is cozy and calm, the staff is friendly, the waiters are always polite, they will come up and ask how you are doing, if you need something from the waiter, you won’t have to wait long, the toilets are clean, I recommend this place, don’t pass by and you won’t regret itin this restaurant the number one pho is served like many other restaurants according to the same recipe, the broth is slightly sweet and slightly sour, not like the traditional foul that I am used to. If you are a fan of traditional pho, then I would rate it out of five to two. In Brooklyn In general, it’s hard to find tasty pho soup. I visited a lot of restaurants and, to my disappointment, I didn’t find one that suited my taste. If you want real pho soup, you should go to Manhattan, there are many different restaurants with delicious pho soup.

I wanted a fresh soup and decided to get a shrimp soup with spring rolls and a Thai Tea . I will say that that shrimp soup broth was okay it kinda tasted as a fish broth I was so thrilled the vegetables was fresh . Perhaps I could I put it on the stove perhaps a different effect on taste it was warm . The spring rolls was good . The Thai was the smallest I ever saw for the price it was so I’m sure to not get that again in delivery . I would say that it gave me what I asked for so I’m not sure if I would go again for delivery perhaps if I can sit in I would try again but I would recommend the tea at the right size and spring rolls with their sauce .It was a fast delivery. I did order like 45 mins bef closing . Thank you for reading.
