Me &' My Husband Came Here On Our Anniversary Sept 4 Just For Hookah. We Used To Come To The Previous Hookah Lounge That Was At This Location Before They Shut Down. We Found Out They Had Closed Down &' This Spot Opened Up. We Decided To Try It Out Anyway Because The Ambiance And Interior Design Looked Really Nice. The Dj Played Good Music. The Drinks Were Good, As Well As The Hookah. I Had The Blue Mist Hookah I Believe It Was Called. The Guy Came About Every 30Minutes To Change The Coal Which I Highly Appreciated Cause We Didn't Have To Flag Nobody Down.

However, My Only Complaints Really Was Just The Price Of The Hoookah And The Fact That When We Arrived, The Bathroom Wasn't Clean. They Had Kinda Just Opened, We Arrived Like 7:40p-8p. We Were the First Ones There And The Sink Had Stuff In It Like A Used Hookah Tip n Stuff. Toilet Seat Was Up. No Tissue On The Roll, You Have To Grab The Whole Roll Of Tissue, Very Unsanitary. As Far As Hookah Is Concerned, I Used To Pay $20 + Free Refills At The Previous Business, So We Would Give Them Great Big Tips. I Understand Though, New Business, So No Problem. But The Hookah Here Was Like $54 !!!! And Then For Refills Its Like $30 !!!! Thats So Expensive For Hookah. SMH I've NEVER Paid That Much For Hookah &' Then On Top Of That It Was CASH Only For The Hookah Which Is A Huge Inconvenience😒😒 Their ATM Fee Was Too Much So My Husband Had To Leave &' Go Find Another Atm. At That Point, I Was Over Even Trying This Spot Out &' Wanted To Leave. We Came JUST For Hookah &' I Got Turned Off By This Bad But My Husband Said It Was Fine So We Stay. We Sat Down, Ordered Drinks &' Just Continued Enjoying Our Anniversary. The Hookah, Is The Reason For The 4 Star Rating But That Aside I Enjoyed Everything About This Place. Very...

To the owners response: It is the correct venue - See pic. As you can see only light we got was from the TV. The venue was booked prior to you opening as in consideration your business was not impacted. The sign on the screen reads "Wedding". There is also light outside the entrance aka day time (lunch).

People be warned if you want to host any events.

The lady owner ruined my wedding lunch (during the day time so no loss of their business).

It was a frigid day in January. She intentionally shut off the heat and lights. Afterwards when the customers started to arrive (not my guests)- she turned on the light and took away the plug in heater and turned on central.

They served food late and we were rushed to eat fast and get out. They did not give us the mocktails we paid for - we asked over 10 times to just get fruit punch because "they were out" of every mocktail on the list.

Me and my friend walked in just wanting a cocktail and an app. Ambiance is very NYC lounge —- we got there around 9/930 maybe— before the party started I’m sure (which is just fine for my aunty behind 😂) but I’m sure the spot is a GREAT vibe once the party kicks in. Ally was our server and she, along with the other young ladies that came to our table, were kind and superb.

We ordered a mezcal watermelon cocktail and started with fries and then had the beef sliders. The drink was refreshing and yummy and came with a wedge of watermelon and the fries was a healthy portion but for me and my homegirl the star was the sliders. Shoutouts to the kitchen who made sure they were seasoned. Great size too. Flavorful and yum.
