If you're ever in the Long Island City area, Somedays Bakery is an absolute must-visit! From the moment you walk in, you’re greeted by the most stunning design. The space feels effortlessly chic, with cozy, inviting vibes that make you want to stay for hours. It’s the kind of place that’s perfect for snapping a few pics, too—every corner is thoughtfully curated. But let’s talk about the real highlight: the food. Seriously, everything I tried was phenomenal. It’s clear that each item is made with love and attention to detail. The croissants ? Incredible. The chicken sandwich ? Perfectly juicy . I may or may not have ended up getting one of everything—and I’m so glad I did! From sweet treats to savory bites, everything was so fresh, and each flavor balanced out beautifully. The standout was definitely the signature croissants (I won’t spoil it, but trust me—you’ll know which one it is when you try it). And the staff? Absolutely wonderful. They were friendly, helpful, and genuinely made the whole experience feel even better. It’s rare to find a place that checks all the boxes—great atmosphere, amazing food, and a team that clearly cares about what they do. Can’t recommend this spot enough. If you're in the mood for delicious food and a cozy, stylish atmosphere, Somedays Bakery should be at the top...

I visited Somedays Bakery twice during my visit to New York.

Visit #1: Tuesday around 8:15 am, not busy Staff was very friendly and service was good

Visit #2: Friday around 9 am, not busy Staff seemed very aloof. I asked for a black sesame tahini croissant and blueberry cardamom bun. I was given a cherry danish instead of the black sesame tahini croissant. The staff exchanged the pastry but didn't offer to refund me the difference in price. The difference is only a dollar, but it doesn't feel like the best customer service.

Full marks for the pastries. Black sesame tahini croissant was so good. It was the reason I came back for a second visit. However, the service could be improved.

Pistachio Lattice - $8.95 This was OK. The pistachio flavor wasn't strong enough for me.

Black Sesame Tahini Croissant - $7.95 This was amazing. I've never had a tahini frangipane and loved it. The black sesame brittle on top was fun. Would definitely recommend coming here to get this croissant.

Blueberry Cardamom Sweet Bun - $7.95 This is was tasty seasonal item. It was full of blueberries and the cardamom wasn't...

I had the opportunity to visit Somedays Bakery in LIC, after hearing great things about it, and I was not disappointed. The place is beautiful, very clean, excellent atmosphere and the owners and staff were super friendly. Incredible pastries, lots to choose from The croissants were perfectly flaky. I’m not a big chocolate person, but I tried the chocolate croissant that had just came out of the oven and it was to die for, I also brought home other pastries, which would love to write them here, but the list will be too long. So far everything I bought has been incredible Delicious. Overall, I had a fantastic experience and will definitely be coming back. I highly recommend Somedays Bakery in LIC to anyone looking for delicious, high-quality pastries. If you’re in the area, definitely stop by and treat yourself. You...
