Absolutely disgusting. And if you order delivery expect nothing you receive to look like the picture online. Like the key lime pie. See below. The crust is so think and gross and filling is the nasty and congealed. The peanut butter bar is just a thick piece of fudge with peanut cream and peanut butter chips/choc chips on it. that is not what was in the picture. What is wrong with you people. I wasted so much money on this absolute crap.

Response to owner: the real disrespect is between you and customer for gaslighting them with pictures of desserts that don’t even exist, as they’re not what you’re sending. And that’s nice you have a dedicated team but there are severe quality control issues. The key lime pie did not taste good. The crust is equal to ratio of filling and it’s dense + tastes nothing like graham crackers—how is that even possible? And the filling tasted like congealed condensed milk jelly with essence of lime. And the peanut butter bar was nothing like the photo. The bar is all fudge with a peanut butter afterthought and it’s too dense to eat. Believe I wish it wasn’t gross but both were. So you can choose to ignore my review and continuing making excuses for the misrepresented, subpar food that is discussed multiple times in these reviews. I wish I had googled and read the reviews prior to ordering and that’s on me. 3/5 stars on google reviews is not good and a lot of people on here bring up repeatedly that the pics look nothing like the actual dessert.

We do not know the quality of the cakes from Fresh Patisserie, we ordered, because it was never delivered. There was no photo to prove the delivery. When we called, we were told to contact Doordash for delivery and they refused to provide us proof. Doordash claims the store handles delivery and cannot take any feedback. Doordash rates this store at a high 4.6 but blocks any negative reviews. The real reviews are here. I will NOT recommend ordering delivery from this place again through Doordash. I ordered cake to deliver for someone's birthday. I called the store to update the delivery address. this is because according to Doordash they do not handle delivery - the shop does. Someone from the shop picked the call and put me on hold for 30 min. After about 6 unanswered calls, a lady answered and helped update the address. Later, I received the call from the delivery driver, who had the correct address but was confused about delivery. I gave him instructions for delivery on the phone. But these were not followed. Next day the doordash order tracking updated to 'delivery complete' status. We never received the cake. I did not get any evidence of delivery from shop, usually its a photo. When I called back a day later to check with the shop, they asked me to contact Doordash for undelivered order. But doordash claims the shop handles delivery. If you are a doordash customer, your order may not get delivered because of lack of accountability on the store's part. Please check the reviews on other social media sites. I was disappointed at first because I order it by UberEat and waited for hours it was never delivered. I even cancel the order but then the most nicest thing they did is they came the next day to delivered it and took the time to put a sweet post card. I couldn't enjoy the cakes because the purpose of me ordering it at night is I returning home the next day and i wanted to shared it with my family. It would be 4 days after for my return and all the cakes got hard like a rock. I couldn't enjoy them. I'm sure they were awesome.
