Today our family stopped by this store, we bought 4 sandwiches. I saw the baristas were very busy and I saw the bags in the pick-up area ,so I just went to grab one bag. Suddenly one of the barista grab the bag container very very very rude from my hand when I try to put it back. If she thought I should not grab the bags by myself , she could tell me and I would say sorry , but not with rude attitude. Her behavior made me think ,because we are the Asian, Asian are always quiet, do not want to make troubles, so she uses this bad attitude to us, judges us by our skin colors.I think she dares not use this bad attitude to other races. Today I was with my two kids to go to the museum and I did not want to argue with her to waste our weekend time. Read moreThis is the worst Starbucks I have ever gone to. Half the time I go there, they do not have the ingredients for the drink that I want to order. How do you not make sure you order enough of a drink to last you until your next shipment comes in? I understand that some drinks are more popular than others, but the workers should make sure that if a drink is popular, they should have enough of it to provide to customers that obviously want it because it's a popular drink. It is dirty; the area where the napkins, straws, and creamers are is disgusting. The service is also incredibly slow. The baristas take their sweet time and it takes forever to get a drink. So now I am drinkless, and the closest Starbucks I know of is 20 minutes away. Read moreNot impressed. Ordered a cold brew and bagel bites inside the app for pickup in 3-7 minutes. Got there in about 7 and it was crowded. Seemed like I made the right choice ordering ahead, but as I watched the barista prepare drink after drink, and never see mine come up, I began to think something went wrong. Eventually, I found the bagels stuffed in a pocket above the counter where the drinks are placed; the name on the bag was on the other side so it just sat there while I waited over 10 minutes. I finally asked the barista about my order, and I had to repeat the entire order again. After all that, he turned around and grabbed a Venti iced coffee on the back counter and handed it to me (no name on cup) with an apology.
