I was instantly taken by the storefront of this shop. I hoped if the outside of this shop was this adorable then the inside would be just as great. I was glad that I was right. This shop is completely charming from top to bottom. I was in awe of everything I saw. I loved how everything was beautifully presented. If you are looking for a great craft store then Brooklyn Craft Company is the one you are looking for. I loved how the shop had all kinds of craft kits for people of all ages. I loved how the shop has all the tools and supplies that a person needs for sewing and knitting. I loved their embroidery crafts. They have a great supply of yarns and fabrics in a rainbow of colors. The shop even has sewing machines for your projects. I also learned that the shop offers classes for all sorts of crafts. As I said before in my other reviews, there should be more shops like these in New York because it gives people so much...

I took a beginning knitting class today. The class was great, the instructor was very detail oriented and patient. The store has a lot of merchandise for such a small space. It’s organized and everything is easy to get to. They offer a discount on supplies for a class. After my class I did some more shopping- they have a small curated selection of fabrics including quilting cotton and canvas. Ruby Star, Melody Miller type fabrics. The gal working behind the counter is very knowledgeable and super friendly. She was able to answer my sewing related questions and she was also very helpful with knitting questions from another customer. Great store, good value and...

Took the skirt sewing class. I'm a beginner sewist that needed the confidence to start on the machine I bought that was collecting dust. Although Greenpoint was a bit far out of reach for me, the price and the fact I'd leave the class with a skirt was so enticing. I'm glad I attended. Not only did I learn some tips and tricks, but I'm more confident I can make an even complex skirt soon.
