I've given this business 5 opportunities to work on the friendliness and customer service, the coffee is okay but not worth the price.
My last and final experience was a great example of the terrible customer service.
I went to purchase tea which they have posted on their fridge and I've purchased from there before. The employee tells me they don't sell it and I point to the sign adding I've purchased it here before. He tells me they use to sell it but don't anymore. All he had to say from the beginning was that and take down the sign. I say okay and start to leave then he says well I might be able to sell you one. He very slowly looks in the computer and tells me it's going to cost the same price that's posted on the fridge. Which is obviously fine and after I purchase it he says you're welcome. It was all very odd to me. I'm not sure why he had to make it such a long odd experience.
I want to support local coffee shops but I'd much rather go to a Starbucks than this coffee shop
EDIT** Responding to "Owner"
I have tried your coffee and the chai tea you sell. It's true the chai tea is from a carton which happened to be the only thing I liked.
Your response to my review is a perfect example of your terrible customer service. Yes I know what brands Starbuck's and local coffee shops use. I have purchased them to make at home. I support local businesses along with make things at home. It's quite a common thing to do.
If your customer service was good I would have been back more often.
You definitely won't be seeing me in your coffee shop again. I am 100% sure you did not tell me the first time I purchased the chai tea from you it was a "special" case. I'm still supporting you by purchasing that from you instead of some where else. Also WHY is the chai tea listed for sale on your fridge if you aren't selling the cartons individually? I understand not selling a carton of chai tea as a small business but the way you handled the situation was unacceptable as a business owner and take it off the...
Read moreTwo stars because I’ve been here about five times prior and previous experiences were not completely awful. Today I ordered an iced mocha, and the barista gave me a hot mocha then tried to argue that I did not order iced. Most places would take responsibility for the mistake and make the drink correctly but here it was a whole production including an extra 50 cent charge for the ice. Then, the iced mocha did not have any mocha in it which was yet again another challenge - there were two baristas and the one who did not make my beverage was pushing very hard that there was mocha but as someone who drinks mochas often, I can confidently say there was not. When you are paying $7+ for a beverage, it’s reasonable to ask that it be made correctly without hassling customers. Then, rather than make the drink correctly she dumped a ton of mocha powder on the latte which rendered it undrinkable (see photo). Fortunately there are tons of other great options for coffee...
Read moreGood atmosphere. Great staff very clean place.. went to try the colombian style empanadas.. and I mean try.. I got 2 of each but very steep on the price.. $3 each no deals I got two of each. Cheese, beef, pork, chicken, and vegan, the best one was chicken, it was great the other ones were bland. The empanadas were ok.. not the best but for a quick bite its good. The only thing I would change would be more spices and seasoning on the empanadas, and maybe a special on the empanadas if you buying more then 3 like the photos I saw on...
