Easily the worst Taco Bell Iâve ever been to and possibly the worst service I have ever received at a fast food place in my entire life. And trust me, I have been here numerous times, probably a few dozen if not more over the course of 2+ years, so I am speaking from experience. If this had not been such a consistently awful location over the course of multiple years and numerous visits, I would not be leaving this negative review.
If you go past 9 or 10pm, expect to wait 20-30 mins or longer. My order has been lost multiple times and Iâve been stuck waiting while others who order after me receive their orders. I wouldâve waited indefinitely if I hadnât asked an employee about those orders. And there is no apology whatsoever when things like this happen. I havenât even bothered with attempting to get a refund because I know that I would be faced with an intense level of frustration and disrespect from employees for even trying, so Iâve avoided it and just gotten out of there as quickly as possible with my food when Iâve finally received it after wasting so much time waiting.
Almost every single employee seems like theyâd rather be anywhere else and doing anything else. Employees have even openly threatened each other with physical harm (not in a joking way) in front of customers. Even when employees mess up an order or give objectively terrible service, they treat you like youâre subhuman and youâre nothing more than an inconvenience to them, even if you go out of your way to be as respectful, polite, and patient as humanly possible with them despite them treating you and every other customer like garbage.
Seriously, avoid this Taco Bell like the plague. In general I am a super understanding person when it comes to customer service, but this Taco Bell has gone way too far. Honestly the entire staff needs to be fired, the store needs to be shut down, new employees need to be hired and paid better with better benefits, take the appropriate time to train, then reopen. I do not say that lightly. It is THAT bad. If you engage in the behavior I have consistently witnessed at this location and show such open disdain for your job to the point that it creates a hostile environment not only for other employees, but for your customers, you should not have that job.
Do not visit this Taco Bell if you want service that is anywhere near fast and do not expect to be treated with respect here. Expect a very uncomfortable, hostile, slow process to getting your food and you will likely have your...
   Read moreThe reason I am writing this review today is because once again I witnessed the same supervisor behaving inappropriately. I saw her earlier today, loudly on the phone, talking down about the staff and leadership in the most unprofessional way. This was not an isolated incident but yet another example of her toxic behavior, and I cannot remain silent any longer.
On August 14, I was present when this same supervisor defiled her crew member in front of everyone. She screamed in the face of a team member so loudly that the staff actually stopped making orders and had to intervene to calm her down. I had seen her be rude in the past, but this time was beyond anything acceptable. I truly thought she had been fired, so when I saw her still employed, I was already disappointed.
After attacking her own team, she turned to a customer in the lobby and belittled him. She said, âWhat, you need a job or something? Youâre always here.â She then boasted that she made more money than him and could âget him a jobâ because she is the AGM. It was humiliating and absolutely disgusting to witness, and I left in shock.
Later that same day, I was in another store when she entered still on a phone call. I overheard her saying she was going to fire her whole team, mocking Taco Bellâs hiring standards, and cursing out her coworkers by name. She specifically said food temperatures at your location are not correct and that staff were lying about it.
This is not only unprofessionalâit is a direct health and safety concern. DO NOT EAT AT THIS TACO BELL. The food temperatures are not safe, and the staff are covering it up.
As someone who has been eating at this location for years, I have never experienced anything like this. I will no longer eat here, and I will be encouraging others to stay away as well. For the sake of your loyal customers and the crew who have to work under this person, I hope this message reaches her direct superiors and not just an automated system.

   Read moreCame here for a door dash pick up when my pick up was supposed to be ready they told me they just started making it then 20 minutes later a lady came to the counter screaming to us with an attitude asking if we ordered food because we were sitting there for 40mins I responded Yes the guy told me that they were making it about 15 minutes before she came then she proceeded to ask me if I paid for the order that the were supposed to be made already when I said Yes again she took her attitude to the back but still had us waiting about another 20 when asked what was taking so long we were told that there was a lot of people ahead of us when we clearly watch that everybody who came and got their food before us ordered at the counter or the kiosk the finally got the food after about an hour to get home and the order is wrong everything I asked not to be on our food is on it an it's vegan everything was supposed to have ground beef but we just got mushed beans no meat the food was disgusting incorrect and took almost an hour to get with rude service like y'all entertaining people to want to stay so long this isn't hells kitchen I don't want to watch you make my tacos and burritos but sadly y'all can't read and follow directions so I really do have to start watching them make my food that's sad that's your job I shouldn't have to watch you do your job you should be able to just do it correct I'm not getting paid to...
