Did an order online for pick up the shift leader refuse to give my sister the food when they called her name she said that she needed my ID and card I paid with I explained to her on the web site it clearly doesn't say anything about ID when picking up it just says go to the pick up window and someone with call you by you name. Marisol also stated for me to send my picture ID and credit card information to her personal phone and she'll be able to give the Order to my sister. Marisol then said in store it says if you use card ID must be present at the register I didn't order at the register I ordered online I asked for my money back Marisol left the floor and another girl that was the cashier told Me she couldn't refund me my money after that I asked for the DM they refuse to give me the number I stood asking for it that same young lady gave me a number which is the wrong number now I email Taco Bell twice and still no response I'm over this Taco Bell she was rude to my sister and other guest that was there using cards she was picking and choosing who she wanted to ID which I think is insane can I get my...

No customer support. Did an online order which for some reason they didn’t get while they attended everyone else in the establishment. About 30 minutes pass I cancelled after constantly asking and nothing. And they person goes like “oh your order was here 4 minutes ago!” I was like are you serious! Then placed another order on the app. And Charges where made on the times places and 1 hour later nothing. I asked if they can help me and they where blaming everything on the app. If they are afraid of an app taking over their jobs then it’s for that same reason. They aren’t helpful at all. A week later after contacting corporate and Twitter there has not been any solution. Ended up at Popeyes and they served me under 3 minutes. But definitely not happy because it added a additional hour to my trip back home. The rating has nothing to do with the food. So it's 11pm, my friend's want taco bell, we get out of the car and order, the guy was nice. I ask to please let in to the restroom, and was denied. Then the supervisor showed with the keys and said that they had just cleaned the bathroom floor and it was wet, reason why they were not letting anyone in.
