Did an order online for pick up the shift leader refuse to give my sister the food when they called her name she said that she needed my ID and card I paid with I explained to her on the web site it clearly doesn't say anything about ID when picking up it just says go to the pick up window and someone with call you by you name. About 30 minutes pass I cancelled after constantly asking and nothing. And they person goes like “oh your order was here 4 minutes ago!” I was like are you serious! Then placed another order on the app. And Charges where made on the times places and 1 hour later nothing. I asked if they can help me and they where blaming everything on the app. If they are afraid of an app taking over their jobs then it’s for that same reason. They aren’t helpful at all. A week later after contacting corporate and Twitter there has not been any solution. Ended up at Popeyes and they served me under 3 minutes. But definitely not happy because it added a additional hour to my trip back home. I ask to please let in to the restroom, and was denied. At first I was told a valve had exploded. So I asked k please let in to the employee bathroom, bcus I really had to go. They said no.
