Taco Bell — Restaurant in New York

This was my second at this particular Taco Bell & each time was unfavorable to say the least. First time I placed my order, I asked about a particular item and the casher was like short tempered "No we don't have it here"next person" before I could finish changing my order. This time, I was with my husband & we observed one of the workers cleaning the tables off with a rag she just used on the floor. My husband had to asked her to use another rag to clean off the table we wanted to use. The floor was wet & dirty. (The Dollar Stackers) were 1.49 & when we showed her the advertisement via our Android cells her reply"not here".After We placed our orders , I asked for a cup to get water because I'm a diabetic. I was told "we don't have courtesy cups". I replied, are you serious, and she said, "NO I Couldn't get a cup for water". We couldn't believe our ears & the uncourteousness & unprofessionalism at this TB. After this encounter with TB. My husband & I will not be going back there. They are a poor reflection of...

Wish I could give it 0 stars!!! This place is the ABSOLUTE WORST!!!! Paid 19 dollars for empty tacos and an empty 4 dollar burrito. Like WHERE'S THE BEEF??! I expressed my concern to the manager (the heavy set Spanish guy) and he did NOTHING to make me happy or correct the situation. He brushed me off!! Walked out 20 dollars less with no food to fill up my sons. Had to go to Popeyes and buy more food to supplement. NEVER will I spend my hard earned dollars in this poor excuse of a Taco Bell!! I rather drive to Webster Ave and the Cross Bx where I never have had an issue. I am an excellent customer wherever I go in any type of business people know me very well.
