I think Think Coffee is just a tad larger than it was when I first came here. The cafe appears to have quadrupled in size. It now offers much more seating and free wifi. In addition the Think brand has expanded with a few more locations. Aside from selling a full range of coffees, they also offer cider, salads, sandwiches and coffee beans. During this visit I ordered a cafe con leche. It was not as good as the cup I previously had here. Seemed a bit on the bitter side this time. All in all I would return and try them again due to the cleanliness, great service and tranquility provided.

Ordered a 16oz spanish latte. It was delicious. The woman taking my order waa friendly. The board incorrectly states you can order a 20oz Spanish latte when the largest size is 16. The worst offense however was the sorry excuse for a lemon blueberry crumb cake. It was cold DRY and more than likely stale. It shouldn't have been able to be served. Ruined the whole pastry and coffee experience. Additionally areas of improved lighting for those who like to read would be appreciated. Would go again for the spanish latte. Probably would never get a pastry product again.

Despite using a range of house-roasted beans, the pour-overs and espresso tend to be inexpertly made: either over-extracted, as with a recent Ethiopian coffee; or thick and bitter, as the standalone espresso. The cafe offers a range of prepared food and has ample seating. The tables in the middle and back of the shop are far away from windows. Edit: The shop helpfully compares itself to other local chain coffee shops on sustainability. This location did not have reusable mugs available when I visited recently.

it’s about the small things with this place. Yesterday I came here three separate times to try to find a spot, but it was completely packed without a single available seat every time. So today I came in a little earlier in the hopes of finding a seat and I did! I found one empty table that had a large tray with used napkins some paper cups, and half eaten food on the table. I asked the person sitting next to the table if whoever sat there was still here or if they left. They said that they had left and they had been gone for a long time, but the table had not been cleared up. So I decided to take the mugs the tray and clean the half eaten food away with some napkins and wiped the table myself. at this point I was invested in the spot and I really wanted to make it work. Next I ordered coffee and it took them 16 minutes between paying and me getting my coffee, I looked at the time. What’s also weird is that if you wanna get a large latte they don’t have mugs big enough so they will give it to you in a paper cup even if you ask for it for here. Very strange. lastly, there were two more things that ended up making me write this review. First of all, there are two different lines for the counter on the left and the right side of this divider that they have and upon asking the barista where I should queue, and where the real line is because people kept skipping the line and messing up the order she just said she didn’t know and they don’t have a system. So apparently you can just queue wherever you want and it’s very frustrating when people skip the line. Lastly would make me leave after just about 20 minutes of sitting down is the fact that their music kept skipping and the speakers kept struggling. imagine you’re at a house party and the guy who’s connected to the Bluetooth goes to the bathroom and it just keeps breaking up. That’s what it sounds like. I asked the barista and she said she’ll check on it. five minutes later it hadn’t been fixed so I went and asked her again and she said yeah there’s just really nothing they can do about it and it’s always like this. So maybe the first time when she said she was gonna do something about it she lied? I don’t really know.

It’s so sad to me that this place is so big with so much seating and they make such nice coffee but then they really messed up in the small things and I don’t think I’ll be coming back. All of these are...

I’ve been eating breakfast burritos at Think Coffee but never before at this location. I was going to run my errands and today my husband and I decided to visit this location around 9:20am on Sat morning. There were only a couple of people in the shop and no big line before or after us.

We ordered a bunch of stuff for breakfast. The drip coffee was not ready until we reminded the person to pour it. Muffin was not also ready so we had to remind her again. We asked the counter if she needs our name to pick up our burrito and she said they will call you. I found 10 minutes later two of the burritos were sitting on the counter and they did not even call to pick up the burrito. They just left two burritos on the counter. We just went there and picked it up. We ordered the same burrito. My husband’s burrito was full of egg and potato whereas mine was filled up only 80%. Both burrito’s potatoes were undercooked while I was keep thinking this burrito is a little bit different than what I used to have at think coffee locations. I decided to ask to the kitchen that the potato is a little undercooked and ingredients are not filled enough. I had a conversation with the person who cooked the food and eventually she said I ate almost half and she’s not willing to make it again. I wanted to let the business owner know about the workers who don’t really care about...

All around win! Their service items (cups etc) are compostable which is awesome; also great is their commitment to global socioeconomic sustainability in addition to environmental sustainability. Even if you don't care about the warm fuzzy do-gooder stuff, this place is lovely. Coffee, tea and food are spot-on, and service is professional. Music is fun but not overbearing; the atmosphere is buzzing but chill (depending on the day/time of course). Lights and decor aren't super bright, and tables and chairs are real wood -- exactly what I want from my nyc coffeeshops! Both of the locations that I've been to are big, so you can almost always find a place to sit even though it's basically an office space for what I can only imagine are mostly freelancers and students. I almost hate to recommend it bc then I might not be able to find a table next time (ha!) -- except I love to recommend it bc I want them to survive and thrive so I don't have to go to star bucks etc! ;) =P :) please do support them they...
