I went to the store to get a slice of pizza and I’m looking at the board for the prices to see how much things are and see what they offer and I said you don’t let me just get a slice to see how the slice is off because this is my first time at the restaurant and I see that they had a slice of pizza for three dollars so I ordered one and then when I went to pay for it, he said oh that’ll be 380 I’m like 380 what is that for? He’s like oh the slices are 350. I’m like what the Son) says three dollars. He’s like oh what our son has been there for two months already. I’m like OK I understand that but why didn’t you change it because the only reason why I ordered the slice is to test you guys out and they said oh well it’s been changed. I’m like OK well, I didn’t know what that was surprise so I’m gonna just I don’t want it anymore and they were so quick to say OK take your money back. It wasn’t like customer service so you know what that’s my fault or even try to change the sign I guess they’re really used to just people coming in. They just ordering whatever and they could just charge them whatever they see fit even if they don’t advertisement on the board or in their menu the right prices so I wouldn’t recommend this to anybody and I’m telling everybody that I work with that is a long line not to go there because that was really not very customer service like specially with that being my first time and their menu showing what it showed in it like they didn’t care we charge what we charge and that’s itHello yeah sorry I was writing a review while dictating a review for that place. I...
Read moreI have gotten slices take out from Traviata but tonight I ordered the baked ziti with sausage and got it delivered. I loved it and the service was wonderful, the portion was huge-enough for lunch tomorrow, the delivery guy was very polite, and gentleman who took my order could not have been nicer....he thanked me for my business. All in all a GREAT experience PLUS extremely reasonable. In a world of huge inflation, I was blown away by this local Italian "mom and pop" shop....I will definitely be back and I only hope this tiny shop gets the attention it deserves. THANK YOU TRAVIATA!...
Read moreTerrible Chicken parm hero. Threw half of it out. Price outside said $10 but it was $14 when I got in there. Very very disappointed. It wasn't a matter of the money. It was a matter of the quality. The chicken cutlet wasn't even crunchy. It was soggy. I even had to go in there and show the guy the chicken cutlet.. he told me some people like it soggy. 😂.. you've got to be kidding me. I could have made a better chicken cutlet hero blindfolded. Zero stars. I'll never...
