I recently visited Tira Bakery Cafe and was thoroughly impressed by the entire experience. The atmosphere was cozy and inviting, with a modern and clean decor that made me feel right at home. But the real star of the show was the food - I ordered the NYPD Burger and it was great. It was cooked to a perfect medium-rare, and was juicy and full of flavor. The toppings were generously portioned and expertly balanced. The fries were cooked to a perfect golden brown, with just the right amount of crunch. The coffee was delicious. It was clear that the owners and staff at Tira Bakery Cafe take pride in their business, from the food to the service. The woman at the front greeted me warmly and made sure I had everything I needed, while the waiter was attentive, friendly, and knowledgeable. I will definitely go back and try more of their delicious...

The reason why I'm writing a bad review is because of poor customer service, When I entered the restaurant I asked for a menu and one of her co-workers from the back of the restaurant questioned her about us (the customers) and the front counter person answers her back sarcastically in spanish with an inappropriate answer about us. Little did she know I can speak and understand Spanish. I did not say anything to her.

So as we entered into the restaurant we were greeted by a waitress and she tells us we can have a seat anywhere. We waited for 15 minutes for somebody to take our order and they never came, I told my friend lets leave there is no excuse for this they only have 3 customers!! As I walk past by the hostess/waitress she is playing with her phone. If u look closely the place is empty and she is bent over playing...

Went in for the first time this afternoon. Had the chicken caeser salad, most amazing salad and the chicken was the best I've ever had. My colleagues ordered different meals of which they had the same reaction, one actually stated OMG! after the first couple of bites. Just when we thought we had tasted one of the best meals we'd ever had, the manager (I presume) offered a plate of pastry/cookie samples. We not only ordered some to have with our coffee, 2 of us had a box of assorted to take back to the office. Honestly I saved mine to bring home to my wife and kids. A place to definetely go to if your in the area because I'm sure the locals will make it the regular place to go, I know this is where I'm going or dering from when the work load is...

Stopped into Tria Bakery Cafe Diner in Chinatown, Manhattan for brunch and absolutely loved it! We ordered the strawberry chocolate pancakes—they were super soft, sweet, and delicious. One was a little burnt, but honestly, it didn’t take away from how good they were. I also had the Spicy Vegetarian omelette, which came with their signature home “fries” and toast—so flavorful and well-balanced. We also got a croissant with egg and cheese, and it was buttery, flaky, and hit the spot. For the quality of the food and the affordable pricing, I definitely recommend this place. Service was quick, even with a rush, and props to the hardworking lady holding it down and the kind chef who greeted us when we walked in. A cozy, no-fuss brunch spot that delivers.

We were glad to find this breakfast diner close to our hotel in China Town after some mediocre experiences elsewhere in Manhattan the last few trips there. The service from the cook (maybe the owner?) is typical NYC direct-and-to-the-point as it should be--a refreshing change from Midwestern phony-friendly. We had mixed reviews in our party of three for the breakfast potatoes, with one person saying "great", and the other saying, "hmmm". Otherwise, uncontested five-stars all around, and we continued to come here for breakfast the rest of our stay in Manhattan.
