I went here bc a friend told me it was a place that had some items I wanted, I was going to buy the Sega Saturn that they had put the boxes in complete and I had asked about some games that didn’t have a price tag on them so the woman in the store decided to go and look up on whatnot or eBay and get the prices off of that that’s a scam and I’m not with it. I was going to buy the PSP that they had in the box, but that was incomplete as well, do not go here do not buy from them. Do not bring your electronics to be repaired by them. They’re going to scam you and rip you off and then they’re going to get angry that you’re asking questions save your time. Save your money. Don’t go there. Go to video games New York instead.

No idea why other people talk trash about this place...it was so incredible in there. You can buy literally anything you could imagine. They even have phone from the 1890s. The staff are also friendly and very helpful answering all of my questions and we even have some small talks. Okay the price maybe slightly higher than other places such as eBay but they assure that the product work 100% by checking the quality before selling it for me (in my case, I bought a 1st gen iPhone for 150 bucks and they show that it works waiting for it to be charge confirming that it works)

I came here a while back with a Sony Hi8 camcorder. I was having some issues and these guys were able to get to the root of the issue! I had searched all other nyc looking for a camera repair shop that could take care of this specific camera as it's pretty old school. ( forgive me, I cannot remember the name of the man who helped! maybe the owner) It didn't take long, maybe a few days and the man I spoke with ( forgive me, I cannot remember the name of the man who helped! maybe the owner) was more than fair on the price. It's so nice to come across little gems in the city. I love this place and usually only come here for repairs whenever they are needed on my cameras. It's also just a cool store to look around and explore other cool old school tech.
